I moved out to Arkansas about 10 years ago. Growing up in socal I ate Carl’s JR frequently. I came out to visit some family and stopped in to see what was new on the menu. The manager Francisco was extremely friendly. Greeted me as soon as I walked in. Took my order and it was out in no time. The burger was extremely delicious. As soon as I was done Francisco personally came to the table to ask me how everything was. Next time I bring my wife to socal I will definitely be bring her here. Keep up the good work!

This restaurant had great service. When I ordered a famous combo they provided quick service and the manager was so sweet! Once I received my food I can confidently say it was fresh and hot! I will 100% be coming back.

I was in drive thru yesterday and Rick took my order. He let me know that if I download the Carls Jr app I could get a discount on 2 Superstars with cheese that I was ordering. At the drive thru window he let me know since I am new to the app I could get a free western bacon cheeseburger if I purchased a cookie. Rick was very knowledgeable and helpful! I was pleasantly surprised with discounts and a free burger! Thank you Rick for your wonderful Customer Service!
