I was in drive thru yesterday and Rick took my order. He let me know that if I download the Carls Jr app I could get a discount on 2 Superstars with cheese that I was ordering. At the drive thru window he let me know since I am new to the app I could get a free western bacon cheeseburger if I purchased a cookie. Rick was very knowledgeable and helpful! I was pleasantly surprised with discounts and a free burger! Thank you Rick for your wonderful Customer Service!

If I could give it a Zero I would Free Burger on 2-10 bullshit With the App having problems on Monday too many users The offer says to order on the app or show the offer at the counter That’s where the problem lies When you show the offer at the counter the manager Araceli kept saying that it was my problem and she couldn’t honor the offer I was not the only person having the same issue at least 3 of us trying to get the offer Absolutely not the best customer service you would expect Most Managers would take the time to answer your questions correctly !! Not what you expect from CKC
