Incredible customer service from the Hispanic man with the ponytail. You can tell that he really enjoys helping people and the food was absolutely delicious. I went in for a recommendation and it did not disappoint. I will definitely be back and I think this location is very lucky to have Someone working there. That really cares to go above and beyond for customers. Great job.

Didn't get what I ordered.

I went earlier today 20 minutes before my shift started. I ordered 2 tenders and small fries. For some reason I only got 1 tender and it took around 20 mins for my food to be ready. The female employee was talking to a customer for a long time (the customer had his food and was sitting down while they talked) and didnt work on my food till later. I wanted to get something quick to eat before my shift but instead i waited so long for a small portion of food

Love the chicken. If you guys have an issue with the food, stop complaining and being in a hurry and ask for fresh they never have a problem with that request.

pretty much garbage, always takes quite a while to get your order too. not worth the price unless you have no other options

Staff isn't the greatest either, I've been charged for the 4 piece meal when I ordered the 3 piece and basically got scammed out of a dollar (and a tender)

I can not say anything bad about this place. It's big and homey. The food are very good to our taste. The fried chicken, sweet chilly chicken, apple pie are superb. The fried chicken thigh is crispy outside and super moist inside. The sweet chilly chicken is moist with perfect sauce. Crispy apple pie and not to sweet, perfect. The service is super friendly. I will definitely go back to this place on my next visit. I visited two times with same review.

The taste of burgers is better than inn and out burgers and its halal, one of the best burger that needs to be recognized worldwide, very affordable and very tasty.

I came to place an order the lady spoke no English what so ever I had to wait for another employee to get here. Then the lady was making hamburgers with gloves On then touched everything as she was reaching for the bread I asked the other lady who speaks english to have her change her gloves she looked at her Co worker and shook her head and said nothing. I told them she can make someone sick she continued until I was telling the customer whose food they were touching to have them remake it so he doesn't get sick explained what she did then the lady who speaks English said just change your gloves..very disgusting not sanitary

Chicken is juicy not dry a little to much salt for me but might be just right for most as I don't use salt ordered buffalo fries for myself the two two pieces with biscuit for my children everything was good the people was very polite on my order it was a mistake and it was taken care of fast no issues no disrespect anything food was good and the place was pretty clean also I would love to visit again

I came here specifically for the gizzards. They were hard to chew and not as tasty as the ones at the Barstow location. Biscuits were hard and not fresh. Not honey glazed as expected. I ended up throwing it all out. Too far to return for a refund. Never again!
