I went with my family to eat here and our servers name was Serenity. I just wanna say that she is the nicest server there and really helped us choose a food option that we all loved. I wish there were more servers like her. I will definitely go back to this location if Serenity is there.

I had one of the best experiences at the Montclair location. The server was wonderful and the overall service was amazing. I couldn't believe how fast our requests were made. I accidentally dropped our basket of chips, and before I could apologize a young lady came over and swept it up. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Oh and my steak and shrimp plate was wonderful. š š

Same great Chiliās quality as everywhere else and the same great service, Chiliās always delivers! We went specifically for fries and fried mozzarella, which we love. The cheese pull on the regular fried mozzarella is crazy good, but the crunch and flavor on both were actually excellent. The Texas fries are also just plain perfection; absolutely love them. Overall, Chiliās is great, and this location was no different.

I had such a great experience at Chiliās! Our server, Jesus, was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. My mom and I hadnāt hung out in a few months, so we just wanted a quick bite, a comfortable place to sit, and time to catch up. Jesus was incredibly attentive from the moment we sat down.
He quickly picked up on the fact that we spoke Spanish, and since my momās first language is Spanish, she sometimes struggles with English. Without hesitation, he spoke to both of us in Spanish, making ordering so much easier. More importantly, it put my mom at ease, which meant a lot.
At one point, my mom asked for coffee, but they didnāt have any ready. Instead of just saying no, they went out of their way to brew a fresh pot just for us, which we really appreciated. Our food also came out quickly, and everything was delicious.
Iāll be honestāChiliās has never been my first pick, but after this experience, that has definitely changed. The combination of great food and outstanding service will keep me coming back. To top it off, I forgot my glasses at the table, and as we were about to drive away, Jesus ran out to return them. That small but thoughtful gesture truly made my night.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience, and I will absolutely be back soon!
