My son ordered a burrito for me slop, pure slop! I thought he was at the upland Foothill and Mountain one when he called and said he was at chipotle this is slop. I can see why it gets such poor reviews. I’m gonna call and talk to the manager tomorrow and then I’m gonna call the Corporate Office. 6 1 1/2 prices of cold chewy steak but that’s what you wanna call it. This is the worst chipotle burrito I’ve ever had in my life. It’s sloth they just threw everything in there like they were trying to get rid of what food they had 10 thumbs down! Rude female cashier says, do you want chips and a drink? I said yes. She slammed a cup down on the counter and didn't give me chips. I asked her for the chips, and she tossed them in the bag and walked away without a word. I asked one of the guys for salsa. Burrito was made by one of the guys. I don't think they were trained well on how to put it together properly. I had to ask for a bowl to try and eat my sloppy 20 dollar crapbrito. Oh, and I waited for the two guys and the girl to finish their conversation before ordering. Not coming back.

I did a pick up order and I ordered double steak. I paid extra. However, when I open my bowl I had last been a regular serving which I will never order pick up again because I feel they would add less meat to your bowl especially if you’re not seeing how much meat they supposed to add I don’t mind paying extra. However, if I pay extra, I would like to get my double meat.

I don’t understand how staff can’t have white rice and chicken ready, right before 12pm lunch rush hour. Me and 2 other people had to wait for chicken to be ready, I was able to get the bottom scraps of white rice rice.

The rice in my bowl were uncooked the rice is supposed to be warm but was like it was in the fridge I usually like chipotle but this location is really bad if you are coming here you might as well go to another location

My online order was promised at 4:30pm. Went in at 4:30pm and they said 5 more minutes, no big deal. Waited and waited while multiple people came in, ordered, and left. Even 2 people came in after me, ate, and left. When I finally asked the same dude again about my order, he went and got it from the back of the pick-up shelf (it was not on the shelf nor visible). This honestly pissed me tf off because I was standing there waiting in front of him and he didn’t even acknowledge me until I had to ask again. You need to do better cause what the hell was that??
