Nobody was in line and I purchased two mini’s with 2 extra icings. Got home and my extra icing was not in the bag. How much profit do they make by doing this. Very disappointing because it’s not like you want to drive all the way back for it. Employee G do better!

I still don’t get it why they refuse to sell me a 6 pack and warm one of the rolls. I was the only customer at that moment. I end up buying only one roll. I guess they don’t make profits selling a pack. I know they can throw one roll in the microwave because they did it in the past. Nothing can make up for my dissatisfaction. I will avoid this place.

*Update* The young white male that works there is incredible. He has great customer service. He was very helpful and was even up selling the products which in hindsight made it even better because I did get a better offer. The customer service was above and beyond.
Unwarranted hostility From the employee as soon as I came up to the counter, she didn’t greet me and I ordered three classic rolls. As she was ringing me up I asked her would it have been cheaper to get the box of four and she dismissively said yeah, of course as if I were to know their pricing or what would’ve been beneficial for me to buy. She just handed me the receipt and quickly moved onto the next person. Sadly, this is the only location available near us.

We waited in like for 30 minutes and when it was our turn to order we asked for a pack of minions. The male worker asked if we wanted them fresh or already made we said fresh. Then when he went to speak to another co worker she told him he can’t sell us a pack. I questioned why and she refused to give me an answer and said if I wanted to buy 6 I social for $45 I could if not then to not buy them. Idk if it was a racial thing or if she was just tired from her shift but she was rude, unfair and inconsiderate.

Told me on nurses day that they do not participate in the event to honor nurses by offering a small Cinnabon. The person who started the company has a mother who was a nurse, the owner honors this tradition every year.
I was the only person in line waiting for one of the 3 employees to ask me what I wanted. They glanced at me then continued to talk. I eventually walked away and wasn’t able to get anything.

I just want to share today 12/21/2022 I went to this place and they have a bad customer service they don’t have napkins and cream for the coffee I don’t recommend this shop because the workers are very rude specially in the night crew

Just wanna share with you guys that i went to this place today oct 12, 2022 and we ordered 2 cinnabon with my friend. I showed them that the inside still not cooked coz when we eat the bread it still dough its not all the way cooked. And the crew said oh its cooked its just like that coz of the sugar. And i said really? He said yea. Me and my friend like whatever. I don't recommend this place to eat their Cinnabon.

I either come here and load up before watching a movie at AMC or I come here just for a Cinnabon Roll and head downstairs to Starbucks for a cup of Oatmilk.
