Amazing. I got a door dash order and it was hot and fresh, thank you! Honestly I was expecting mediocre product and service but I was surprised. My single cinnabon was warm and my box of 4 was warm as well, from my experience the boxes are sometimes sitting there.Everything I ordered was in the bag, including extra icing. The order was delivered promptly.

Stopped by on Saturday, 10/21/23. Ordered the following:- 2 Classic Cinnabon ($6.19 each) = $12.38 (I received a BOGO coupon from T-Mobile Tuesdays so only paid for the price of 1!)- 4 count BonBites (free)Delicious treat however definitely on the sweet side so not really my cup of tea.

We love Cinnabon Suly and Ally are awesome great customer service and very knowledgeable about the items thank you so much young ladies. We came all the way from where we live to get Cinnabon today and even when it was raining!

Cooked to perfection. Soft warm and moist, with just the right amount of frosting. Cashier was welcoming and fast. I am not giving it 5 stars because to give it 5 stars it would have to be consistently great. I will give an update when I return.

I just want to share today 12/21/2022 I went to this place and they have a bad customer service they don’t have napkins and cream for the coffee I don’t recommend this shop because the workers are very rude specially in the night crew
Rude enough that I drove to a new location. Yes, it was Christmas eve and a high stress time. I asked about purchasing a 9 piece minibon pack. I was informed they were not taking orders. I could order but not a pack. This doesn't make sense since they were still selling single cinnabon rolls. I was told they didn't have packaging. I didn't care what they put them in and was not being picky. Single cinnabon rolls would have taken more packaging and there isn't a difference if I bought 9 rolls vs a 9 pack. The manager kept telling me what she can't do instead of what she could do. So I left to the West Covina location. Same great cinnabon taste, no hassle or attitude.

We decided to stop by here after a weekend dinner, the wife was feeling them cravings due to her pregnancy and this was her spot of choice.I decided to join her, so we both got a classic cinnamon roll, with a lemonade. Nothing fancy but delicious and soft as always.Pricing was a little high, but understandable as it is inside the Montclair mall, located in the second floor near the Tmobile booth.Overall a good experience, fast and forward. This still continues to be my wife's favorite spot for cinnamon rolls.

Just wanna share with you guys that i went to this place today oct 12, 2022 and we ordered 2 cinnabon with my friend. I showed them that the inside still not cooked coz when we eat the bread it still dough its not all the way cooked. And the crew said oh its cooked its just like that coz of the sugar. And i said really? He said yea. Me and my friend like whatever. I don't recommend this place to eat their Cinnabon.

I either come here and load up before watching a movie at AMC or I come here just for a Cinnabon Roll and head downstairs to Starbucks for a cup of Oatmilk.
