Came in yesterday ordered some food… food was just OK as far as the chicken sandwich… kind of felt a little bit over Fried????.. called a couple days later to put in a phone order and they don’t even pick up the phone… walked in the restaurant call the store and the phone wasn’t working… and the guy at the counter was like sorry????? Wow….
Btw… went to howling Rays, but their chicken sandwich by itself cost $14 but it was twice as big and twice as juicy now I get it

Can take a minute for your food but worth the wait. The middle spice level is not that bad. Could do spicier

Delicious, and good service! Friendly staff got a 3 pc combo with crinkle fries hope to see bbq sauce here soon. Plenty parking and finally a restroom in the area thats clean. The pickles have the perfect crunch I got original spice and think I can go higher in heat next time.

No slaw no mac & cheese Definitely gone downhill

The wait was very bad, please work on hiring more staff they told me 15-20 it now going on 35 min that is very unacceptable and from what I see here I am not the only customer complaining about the wait the company really should consider this. I definitely will not return due to the wait.

Waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru and no one spoke to us or apologized for the wait. Get the receipt and found out the charged us for extra food we didn’t even receive

This place takes too long to get one simple order ready, anytime time i come here it’s always the same thing. You’re either understaffed, or not in the business of customer service. This is the last time i’ll be giving my business. Honestly, it’s ridiculous.

This place used to be really good, sad to see it go downhill. I moved away so this is the first time I’ve been back in a few years. The wait time was unusually long even though my fiancée and I were the only ones there. We each got a meal, plus one to try. Between 3 meals we got 1 sauce. I politely asked for extra sauce and was told I’d have to pay $1 each which is a complete rip-off. The chicken was overcooked so it was extra dry, then I had nothing to dip my fries in. On top of that, the drink machine doesn’t work. I’m not sure I’ve ever had such a dry meal. I get that it’s supposed to be hot chicken, but I wasn’t expecting my experience to be like walking through the Sahara desert.

Ok so this place I kinda forgot about !! It’s one of those places where you have to try it at least once , promise you’ll go back !! If you can handle some spicy id say try the “1901”
But if you’re feeling super brave try the “millionaire” version of the Clyde’s original
Sandwich if you’re Mexican both these should be mild lol anyways their dip sauce is amazing I like it more than canes definitely a must try !! Oh man I almost forgot the chicken a waffles is soooo sooo good the sweet combo with the spice is killer !!!! Oh yea don’t forget some wings !!!

The chicken is delicious but I don't see the point of wearing gloves while handling food and money it's unsanitary! The little girl was rude and the food was very expensive one extra sause is $1.09!!
