If you plan on getting a cake here please dont and save yourself $50 and just get something cheaper over the counter because this is literally the cake I got I think the size is an 8 inch cake and payed $50 dollars on 11/15/25. I was so excited since this was my 1st time getting a cake here Went online and saw the options they have and picked the Berry Tres Leches. Later when we decide to cut the cake and shared with my family we notice the cake was dry and was not wet in the 3 leches blend that they claimed online! On their website it says its a vanilla sponge cake soaked in the tres leches blend when thats not what customers are going to get.I called the next day 11/16/25 and made the complain and the manager apologized and said for me to bring in the cake and she will do a refund. Later that day I went in with the cake and one of the employee was so kind and apologized and said “I’m sorry about that oh yeah that cake is not suppose to look like that” they took the cake to the back to show the manager then the manager came to speak to me in the front and said that the top layer of the cake was dry but the middle and bottom was moist and that that is how the cake is suppose to be I told her then they should not be claiming online something they are clearly not offering, she did not give me a refund, she took my name and phone number and gave me store credit. I was very disappointed and mad so unprofessional on their end to tell me to bring the cake in and will issue a refund and once Im there say I will give you store credit like its Walmart or Target so unprofessional!! Please if you want a Tres leches cake just get it else where or Porto's for way cheaper

It was a great place great service! But they did get our order wrong we wanted chocolate on outside but got a white chocolate on outside no biggie but everyone was great therefore 4 stars bc it was a fantastic service

I arrived at 4:20 p.m on Halloween. The front doors were locked and I seen two employees packing up a cake in a box. I knocked on the window because online the hours clearly showed their business was open. Both employees ignored me, I continued to knock for a few minutes. I never got a response or acknowledged. I never add reviews to businesses but I want the owner to know the lack of customer service, a simple we are closed early due to Halloween would have been great. As I was driving away both employees locked up with a business, one was holding a cake box. The pastries are good but I will never return.

I've ordered cakes from this place a few times. My most recent experience wasn't good. I was extremely disappointed with their service. I order a 2 tier cake for 50 people, strawberry cream on top and red velvet on bottom. I gave the designer some inspiration photos. I did not want fondant so I went with butter cream and a cascade of balls down the side of the cake (like colors bubbles going down the cake). I was charged $370 and had to provide my own decorations (balls and alcohol bottles) which I did purchase and dropped off 3 days before the event as instructed by the designer. I paid the cake in full the day I ordered it. The day of my event, I sent my son to pick up the cake. Luckily he sent me a photo of the cake as they were leaving the store. The cake was not at all what we had agreed to and what I paid for. I've included 2 inspiration photos (that were given to the designer) and a photo of the unfinished cake they tried to give me. I had to have my son turn around go back to the store. I called the cake designer to complain and she offered no apology or explanation as to why half of the decorations were missing, she just said they would fix it. My son had to wait an hour for the cake which made him late to the party. Overall awful experience. If you plan on ordering from them, take my advice and ask for a Pic of the cake prior to picking it up. Make sure you get what you paid for!

Very small and skimpy with meringue on them, I guess to compensate for the previous size. Sadly because of this, I highly doubt I will return. I would have rather paid more money to have the same lemon bar that was previously served with powdered sugar on top

I honestly struggled writing this review because I come here often and I absolutely love the staff. They are always so sweet, attentive, and have the best attitude. Recently, I ordered a small cookies and cream cake for my son’s birthday. The design was amazing and absolutely Instagram-worthy. I received so many compliments on how beautiful it looked.
Unfortunately, when it came time to eat the cake, it was very hard, dry, and almost completely flavorless. I could tell my guests were trying to be nice and politely tried to eat some, but I eventually told them not to worry and that we could just toss it. It broke my heart that right after singing happy birthday, we had to throw away a $120 cake. Everyone commented that it was really hard and lacked flavor.
This was really disappointing because I truly love this bakery and will absolutely continue coming back for their pastries, which are always delicious. But sadly, I won’t be ordering a cake from here again.
I come here rvery year to get my mom a cheesecake for her birthday. The cake always comes out beautiful and the ladies that work here are always so kind. 12/10 experience!!

I placed an order on Sunday the 13th for my daughter's 16th birthday cake. The person who helped asked what the text on the cake should say and what color, after I decided I paid and was to pick it up the following Sunday. When I arrived to pick up the cake the lady who helped brought out the cake without any text on it and I informed her that this cake was supposed to have something written on it to which she replied rudely "Ok" and I said it was for my daughter's birthday and again rudely replied "what is supposed to say" which instead she should have said something along the lines of "I apologize let me check your order" but no. She instead went to the back and very sloppy wrote "Happy Birthday Stella" in piping which I was under the impression that it was supposed to be nice handwriting stencil text. She showed me the cake and said "is this ok?" Which at the moment I had no choice but to take it since my daughters birthday was that day. At no point in time did she apologize or try to make it right and mind you the owner of the bakery(Asian woman) was standing there the entire time and also didn't say or do anything about it to try and make it right. Very bad experience and I was made to feel like I was being pushed out of the store with an ugly cake.

Wow! This cake is absolutely delicious. All real ingredients made from scratch... You can absolutely taste the difference.
The Oreo cake was delicious. It was a perfect blend of chocolate while giving your palate that smooth vanilla flavor layer in between the chocolate layers. So very good.
The red velvet cheesecake cookies are explode your mind. I've never had anything like it, even at the popular cookie shops around these days.
Also I would highly recommend the coffee cake. It is a beautiful blend of cinnamon and sugar. I've never had anything this good.
They do not have any place to sit, so be ready to eat on the go or take it home.

I absolutely love this place! We usually order a birthday cake for our kids parties. It is literally the best tasting and most moist cake you’ll ever have. I also highly recommend the rum cake, carrot cake, and the crème brûlée cake. I’m a pastry girl so their fruit tarts are amazing, as well as chocolate covered strawberries I also highly recommend their snickerdoodle cookies and peanut butter cookies.
