Overall terrible experience. Customer service representative was being rude and couldn’t seem to understand that I had multiple items in my order. Speaker box seemed like it wasn’t working also. Got my order and came home. To find out my order was wrong! And my fries tasted stale as if they were made yesterday. To make matters worse the “friendly” employee there didn’t even give me a receipt. So I wouldn’t go to this location at all bad service/bad equipment and the amount of homeless individuals that linger around makes me question so many things about this establishment. I for one like Jack in the box but this establishment does not meet the standards of what it is supposed to be. Disappointing

I came in just before closing and the service was friendly. Although it was late, the young lady that helped me was very nice in taking my order and the service was fast. I'm glad to say if I'm in the area again, I will come back to this location. Thanks.

Just finished leaving this spot. I dont know if the speaker is broken or something but the employee could not hear me and was being rude towards me . She was speaking in a tone to try and make it seem like she was mocking me . I received my food but did not eat it . I feel like it was messed around eith so I threw it away . Horrible experience .

Orden on the kioske machine wait for half hour and never received my orden, when I ask for a refund they act like it was my fault, looking for a excuse and what they said , they didn’t see me orden and it was empty. Need more training

I don’t eat here often but i remember when they gave you 5 chicken nuggets and they were much bigger. Note you get smaller sizes and less quantity. Shame.
Ordered off Uber eats. I ordered curly fries, wings and egg rolls. They sent 2 sweet and sour packs... ZERO RANCH...in what world do they send NO RANCH with WINGS AND CURLY FRIES?! Unfortunately since uber doesn't care about sauces apparently I got zero credit back for this issue and food went in the trash. Glad my coworker got her sauce for her egg rolls at least. Ffs

I live in a town without Jack in the Box, so when I visit California, I hope to eat a burguer and fries from Jack, but this time, I was disappointed, butgues was cold, cheese almost freeze.... I hope next time can be better.
