I ordered a meat lovers burrito with the salsa packets and I only got taco sauce and only ham in my burrito! Come on! I ordered one thing. They use to put hash browns in the burrito and now I got scamed. I would love to take it back but I haven't eaten all morning and I can't find the receipt! I thought they put it in my bag but it's not there so seriously?!?

I am surprised this location does not have more stars! This has to be the best jack in the box I've been too. The customer service is always top notch. The employees greet me with smiles and are always kind and helpful. What stands out to me the most is this location has never, not once, messed up my order! My order is correct every single time and I am never in line that long either! They are efficient without having to park you and bring your food out like some other fast food joints in the area. I visit this location quite often because it is around the corner from the office. My co workers and I definitely choose jack in the box over the other places down the street because of their professional service. We will certainly continue to frequent this location.
