Went 12/7/25 @ 11:50 pm. By far the WORST customer service. Pulled up to the speaker and Anita said “what can I get you” as I was about to speak she again said “what can I get you” I look over at the passenger and start to say my order then she said “hold on”. Finally place my order and pull up to the window and pay she gives us the food and I ask for sauce as I am saying I want ranch and taco sauce she cuts me off with “how many”. Didn’t let me finish my sentence and forgot the taco sauce mind you. I ask for her name and said “it’s on the receipt” and shut the window. I do not want “we are sorry about your experience”. Based on other reviews this is an on going issue and there are PLENTY of people looking for work. FIX IT.

I ordered10 orders of regular churros and 10 orders of pumpkin churros on 9/12 through uber eats. When arrived there were no pumpkin churros only the regular ones. I tried calling store no answer 8:36pm.
My question is shouldn’t have your workers asked if ai wanted to substitute??? At least give me an option? Not happy
Night time drive thru gives bad customer service. The first I went i let it go because I thought lady was having a bad night and got attitude. The second night I went I got bad attitude, bought extra condiments and I didn't get them. This Jacks is no good.

That girl in the morning with the green eyes is so so nice and helpful. I think her name is Tina. My order is always accurate and fresh and I’m always in and out quickly. It would be nice if all the workers there carried themselves the same way

For a fast food joint it was faster than most. Recommend walking in because drive-thru is always has long line less people at counter. Placed seemed very clean neat overall very satisfied

We went late at night to get a meal here , the person serving us charged us TWICE and when we notice our transaction immediately we drove back not even 2 mins later . We kindly asked to speak to the manager and the manager dismissed us right away saying they didn’t double charge us …. We were trying to sort this out the respectful way and kind way as we know mistakes happen but the way they handled it just made the situation a whole diff situation , they denied charging us twice and were not even apologetic about it …. We had to file a dispute with our bank on the double charge . At least own up to ur mistakes , shame on the manager and worker for handling it the way they did ….
