This place is awesome, give big ups to an employee Jordan my little one ran off from the eating area, she kept him in safe zone until we found him. A relief to our worry’s. Thank you very much Jordan 🙏🏽

The Monrovia one is the best one, food is always fresh and everything cleaned continuously

First time here i got there at at 8pm no food selection. And I was charged $20 i wish I had a better experience.let customers know food selection is minimal at 8pm sincerely Joe Lovato

This is a great place to take the kids to. The food is delicious, and the vibe is fun. Some games are out of order, and it can get a bit busy.

A great place for kids to have fun

This place used to be the place. Now it's run down. The furniture is torn ,stained, worn out. The floors were dirty and sticky and this was after an hour of being open. The staff were just unhappy workers. The food was as good as heating a microwave pizza and pasta cold. No love in anyone the food. Now the games were broken or missing supplies to play. It's sad to say all these places just run down and no care put back into them. $20 adult and $25 game card for an 30-45 min use. On Sunday afternoon. The prizes sucked even more.

A nice home town donut & sandwich shop with that nice home town feeling and food. Ran by 2 very friendly owners. I've never been disappointed with this place.

Very bad the floor with spilled sugar from a drink the food is scarce I think it needs much better the previous time it was better than now

Updated review: i was given the opportunity to try this place out again and i will definitely say today was much better than my last experience. This visit was much better. The restroom was clean and i actually saw workers picking up tables and cleaning up after guests. The worker in the play area (young guy long hair) was going from rides to price booth and did a great job!! Helped us a few times. Very quiet but very helpful! Hard working kid. This visit i just felt the workers cared and very friendly. Food was good. All was well this visit. I would of liked to see the ice cream machine a bit cleaner. It let's off ice cream way to fast and makes a bit of a mess. The sugar cookies tasted great.

JAN 7TH REVIEW:this place was not the way i remember it 4 years ago. It was very dirty. The carpet smelled of pee and throw up. The tables never got cleaned the whole time we stayed other than our service from our host. My daughter had her birthday party here at 3 years old and we loved it but this time for her 6th birthday I'd say it was a total waste of money. The restroom was disgusting. No toilet seat covers, bloody tampons left on floor. Some didn't even flush. The time given for the hour and a half goes by way to fast and we had guests that deserve to stay longer considering they paid all this money to get in. Also the food was not good. Not much pizza and Chicken kept coming out raw. Tasted odd. Table's didn't get cleaned only time was with our party. She did keep up with all the demands and was tipped accordingly. I do understand if it's low on worker's but come on now, this company makes so much money they can at least get the carpet cleaned every so often. Especially with all the different viruses going around. I did catch some staff on phones a few times. This place can make a person sick. Especially with that Chicken that's given raw. Not cool!!

Unfortunately, my chicken nuggets were raw/undercooked. You can tell by the color and texture that something was off. My brother bit into one & thankfully nothing happened. I let one of the staff members know & she did not take accountability for it & blamed the company that distributes the product & no one came to check up on us after that. Just want them to make sure they’re more careful with the food handling especially since you get children eat this product.

Went with my kids and we had a good time. Food was average but what else to expect. The place was full on a weekend afternoon. The buffet was packed, hardly a clean place to sit down. Although i must say although it was crowded I noticed the staff working hard to keep everything flowing and they did.

Had to come here with the party and I can’t eat this because I had weight loss surgery and I can’t eat anything that they serve. All I could do is like drink water and I would buy a drink right but they’re going to charge me $20 they said the buffet is free and you just have to walk and pay to walk-in. This is a crap place that does not accommodate people who have disabilities
