2nd time to this location. 1st time it was a party and we were inside the party room, no problem. Yesterday I decided to return and it was disgusting. All rooms were full of plates on the tables. We finally found an empty table to sit and eat. The whole entire time of being there (about an hr), not a single employee was seen. No tables were cleaned. What irritates me the most is that when you pay, it recommended me to leave a tip. Absolutely not! Why would I tip prior, I need to get the service to tip. Not a single employee came in the room to pick up plates. I would rather much do the drive to the Moreno Valley location!!!

Wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt since our last visit in 2022. But after looking at the reviews from only a few weeks to two months ago, I can see I don't need to spend almost $600 to prove my disappointment. JIP Montclair, please do better. To have an unclean establishment and broken games and not give people their money back or at least better deals is insane.

We didn't like the buffet, the food was just ok, not a lot of variety for the price and it wasn't clean.Not all the machines worked, and there were not many options for small toddlers.

Came to take the kiddos out for a good time at Johns incredible pizza. We decided to come for the lunch buffet and play time. We had a bunch of questions about the service and food. Leandra was such a big help and very cheerful. She andwered all our questions and was a pleasure to talk to. Thank you Leandra for a great experience. We will definitely come back.?

I went on Saturday. There was really nothing but Pizza, horrible experience with their food. Many games didn’t work. Spent 75$ for 2 adults and a card. Save your money.

There is no CO2 for the soda, no syrup for the other drinks, ice machines was broken. Also so many mising Items.
