Ramen was not good. The noodles are hard and the broth is simple. Does not have the complexity of flavors it should have. Not worth it for the money. It was our first time there and the waiters were rude. They did not help us on how the ordering system worked. There were 4-5 workers. And three of them were on their phones and just chatting. Why would a restaurant need that many workers if they aren’t serving you or helping the customers?We were expected to carry the bowl of ramen to our own table. And carry the water to our table.I do not recommend going to this restaurant.

The ramen is delicious, I always order the Kotsu kick...it's spicy enough to not want to try the spicier one. We always order the Chicken Karaage which is the best! My fiancé loves the Chicken Karaage bowl and steals some of my ramen soup to add a little spice. Service is great with the staff there and the robot adds a cute little touch. They have tap beer and sake which is great and their tap beer selection is pretty good. My one complaint :-( can you please make a ramen with no protein ...I always want to order the Kotsu kick with no meat and they make me pay full price if I take the protein out. Not everyone enjoys protein in their ramen please add something to ur menu where the protein can be removed and not be charged for protein when it's not wanted. I would have given 5 stars if they had that option.

Decided to try it out, waited long for a party of two when a family had come in after & received their food first. Food was entirely bland. Even the appetizer. Workers were nice though. This place is definitely not it.

I have an absolute obsession with the vegan kick to the point where I get it on a weekly basis. It's well worth a try! The only disappointment has been a couple times on online orders it seems the kick and flame have been switched and it's noticeably more spicy with more chili flakes. I like the kick but the flame is a little too spicy for me! All of my friends have loved the tonkatsu ramen as well! My favorite ramen place by far!

Ramen was good, but there was a long wait and my ramen was missing an egg. Unfortunately no one ever came by to see how we were doing so I just went without the egg.

The ramen is so flavorful here! The broth is rich and the pork is so soft and tender truly mouth watering. They even have a lil robot that delivers your food! It is kind of pricey tbh, but for us it's always worth it. The place is kinda small but service is always quick and we never wait to be seated. Definitely a regular date spot for us

I would say a 3 in a half out of 5 . The ramen was decent and the prices were decent . The robot is cool. It was definitely over hyped . I would recommend to try it once to give this place some love but i wouldn't come back .

Terrible experience almost $50 to waste because we ended leaving EVERYTHING nearly untouched. I took my son and I ordered the deluxe ramen, chicken karage or however it's called and a 5 piece pork and veggies goyza..... we had half of a goyza it tasted like freezer like when something has been left in the freezer too long. The chicken the bigger chunks were under cooked we but into one that was still pink and Chewy, the ramen had a strong fish taste/smell. We left everything had one bite of the ramen half a goyza and maybe two pieces of chicken and we felt sick.... Everything was left on the table. I was courteous and less the waiter note quietly how disappointed we were because it was pretty busy, and I didn't want to make a scene or allow the other customers just here. But I have been trying to call nonstop for the past hour and nobody seems to answer the phone and if they do answer it they just hang up. Not a happy experience at all! I'm trying to get a hold of someone to see if there's some sort of refund because we've literally left everything and I think it's ridiculous that I'm charged nearly $50 for something we did not eat! the only cool thing was the robot cat that brings your order to your table my son got a kick out of that. Other than that not happy at all
Wanted ramen so stop by here.. it was not crowded so we was seated right away ordered Chicken Karaage it was fried a little crispy the Spicy Gyoza was good and I got Creamy Chicken Flame Ramen it was delicious the portions was small for the price but it was good i asked for some bean sprouts but never got it not a deal breaker but if I asked for it on the side i should get it..I think I will give them one more try...

Excellent Ramen. Will definitely be back. If you are really hungry though, order extra ramen because the bowls of ramen aren't big.

Amazing ramen with good vegan options. If you like it mild or spicy ramen here is the way to go. The same is true for their rice bowls. Loved their seaweed salad and garlic edamame. This is my go to place on a cold rainy day.
