Came in wanting to enjoy some ice cream everything went well intel they charged me extra with hidden fees on a ice cream at the end I just left as I was enjoying it I notice something wrong and felt disgusted from this hair that was mixed in will not be coming back very disappointed.

horrible work environment, boss didn’t communicate with me on my schedule and left it all last minute and was such a huge inconvenience. she told me she couldn’t give me hours and hired someone else and said she didn’t have enough people even though she wouldn’t give me hours. didn’t want to pay and made excuses for it and when i did get paid she only paid me for two days i worked and said she forgot about the other days. overall, just a terrible experience working there and supper unorganized and irresponsible. go somewhere else :/

Do better Karen ???? honestly worst experience EVER. Very expensive from any other michoacana I've been to. They charge you the ice cream cone besides charging the scoop. There were other extra charges on my receipt that I didn't understand. Just got a bad vibe and service overall and will not be going back.

This is my NEW favorite ice cream spot. This place has so many different flavors that I haven't seen at other Michoacana locations. The blackberry ice cream bar is one of my favorites here, as well as their cheesecake flavored ones and the pink one with pine nuts...sooo good! They have a deal where you buy 12 bars and you get 2 free!

we got a 12 pack of ice creams bars and we got 2 for free! so far she tried the blackberry and said she would get it again. I tried the guava, i loved that it had so much fruit in it. I had to try the strawberry cream! I'll order that again too! Seeing the picture of the lightbulb slushy was very tempting so we tried that too, I love that it's not super sweet like other places. The dia de los muertos/Coco statues are sooooo cool
