Customer service is horrible takes about 30 minutes to wait for a classic pepperoni pizza. Not polite at all

It’s affordable but the quality is not great. I waited 30 mins for 4 little pizza bites and this place was definitely not busy. Very disappointing

Closing early tried to call to order and was told had to come thu have you last visit to this location the food was oldan cold this time I was told no pizza so there you have it the chubby manager girl not. Gerry good

I ordered ahead on the app to just go and pick up my pizza, went to pick it up and they told me that someone stole my pizza, I had to wait another 30 for my pizza that I was supposed to just pick up from the pizza portal

Cold pizza just go to Claremont there’s is always good

This specific location has horrible customer service but the pizzas are great and the price however, people forget how to get a good service that is why soon Robots will do better job because of Customer Service by humans don’t work no more

I ordered 6 pizzas online yesterday that were supposed to be ready 5pm my husband goes a bit after 5pm the lady in front insisted that there was no order under my name or phone number even him showing her the order number she was no help at all insisting it wasn't that store then around 5:30 pm I get an email saying that they are finally ready the same store like cmon why will you waste our time and being sure it wasn't there when it was I don't care that they were done later than told but the cashier insisting my husband was wrong and they had no order for us when they did is what threw me off very rude of her part

They sound unprofessional on phone. They need to be train how to speck over the phone.

Cashier was very rude and took a long time to place my order. They give half my order way to a different person and made me wait long. I placed my order at 8:56. I didn’t get my order until after 9:40. And it wasn’t like a pizza or anything it’s was the pizza puff, 2 orders of them. Ridiculous, the cashier should be fired.

The cashier tonight did an excellent job of keeping his cool and letting people know how long orders were going to take. It was way too busy for 1 person but Aiden dud an unbelievable job of getting the job done with a smile. Thank you .
