We waited 20 minutes for the server Lexi to return to check on us after my family got their food and not once did this server check to see if anything was needed during the meal. Poor service. Food was not good. Won’t be coming back

We were customers for well over ten years. We ate there often, brought our friends and family, and picked up food to take home. The number 11 combination was my favorite, a Chile relleno and a cheese enchilada. So we ordered 3 number 11's, and my wife picked them up and brought them home. I dug into my Chile relleno, and spit it out. It was fiery hot! Very spicy! I called the restaurant to ask why they were different, because all three orders were very hot. She said it must be us, there was nothing different. When I insisted, she said it was impossible that it was different, effectively calling me a liar. I asked for a refund, they offered half. The next day my wife went to get the refund. She got it, buy the manager
