You guys are absolutely crazy. Your prices are outrageous. What used to cost for five dollars is now almost 20 for as much as it cost for one small breakfast meal. I can make breakfast for two weeks.

This location used to be decent, but ever since they switched over to the digital ordering the service has really gone down. You place orders for mobile pickup and they’re never ready on time. You place orders inside and they take forever. There’s never anyone around to help out. Drive thru is about as decent as any McDonald’s drive thru. McDonald’s should really reconsider being fully digital because it makes for terrible service. Not at just this location, but all locations

Ordered a McFlurry through the app. Was told the machine was down and to process a refund through the app. The app says all refunds must be handled through the store... We are paying these kids $20 an hour for what? Trash service and misinformation.

My family has been going to this location for years, but it certainly has changed. The staff is flipping, they rarely say welcome to McDonald’s and thank you, and asking for condiments and extra napkins. Seems like a crime with their attitude when you do ask. This has been our experience, mainly through the drive-through and when you call to State an issue. With the food, they actually expect you to bring the food back? Who does that it does not convey trust nor customer loyalty. And when you try to explain your disposition at the drive-through window, the employees take to their cell phones to record the interaction as well as allowing the automatic drive-through window to close in your face. This is the most unfriendly and disrespectful McDonald’s location in the immediate 91763 area.

When someone walks up to ask a question, they scatter like mice. They make eye contact but look away very quickly. Dang, all I needed was a bag. Then, you could proceed to the conversation with your coworkers. I get it overwhelming working with ungrateful customers. But until they treat their customers better, they may still receive the same treatment I witnessed. I know you guys got the fancy kiosks and don't like to take orders from your customers. But you will continue to have the days you deserve until you have some smiles and kindness. I'm just saying.
