I never post reviews but the food here is garbage. Gone twice and each time the beans are watery and the rice has zero flavor. Chile verde tastes like apple sauce. I think any person of Mexican decent would be ashamed to step foot in this place. Over priced and very far from authentic tasting. Truly don’t know how they are in business. Stay far away from this place.

I never usually need reviews but the food was so bad the posole I'm guessing was way over cooked that the meat was already apart and I mean little pieces of it everywhere or it must of been yesterday left over it had a bad taste it bearly had corn kernels as well it wasn't mentioned that it also came with pig legs or the fatty pieces of it which I completely hate so I didn't enjoy my meat at all my dad got the menudo he burned his tongue on the chili oil but that was completely his fault but he couldn't tell if his food was good but he didn't really enjoy it due to that the staff is nice but arriving we were told the cook wasn't in yet we were ok with it but when time to order the only options available were the posole and menudo due to that regardless to say we spend around $40 which was not worth it at all

We happened to turn into the wrong shopping center and my daughter said, "hey let's have some Mexican food ", when she saw the sign outside as I drove pass. The interior seems lacking comfort and welcoming feel. It's so dated and looked drab . Our food were ok. It's way better then fast food for sure . But nothing that stand out. My chicken pazole were lacking flavors, my daughter's tacos were alright, The meat were too dry. Would we stop by here again? No. We made a wrong turn and by the two dishes we had it's not anything I would make a drive out to.

This place is one of dose small business Mexican restaurant that if just look at it from the outside it can make you wonder if is going to be good. Well, guy's let me tell you... Let me start off with how well the owner keeps the inside. It's clean well seating tables and good space for a small business. The restrooms we're clean which in my point of view is one of the most important part of a restaurant. Now, the FOOD! I ordered the "Chilaquiles" and they we're so good. We also got the "Carne Asada" the "Sopes" and they we're yummy. Now, I really don't know if it's pricey. I can say it's so, so. But the food can make it worth it. I definitely will be coming back here to try out more of the delicious food they have.

This place is a hard pass. I ordered a burrito, & man the meat is waaaay too overcooked. It tastes tough & bland. This is probably the worst burrito I've had. :(

Order was ready in 15 min. Had a Chile relleno combo. The menu say Chiles so I was expecting two but only came with one the combo was about 13$ came with a side of bean and rice and Chile sauce. Very spicy yummy sauce. Portion size are small and pricy. Also ordered a Torta de melanesa de res. Flavor of food basic. Portion size bite size. Service can be more helpful.

After walking at Tiki Swap meet, I stopped here to eat lunch. I ended up eating their Pozole and was very satisfied. Too much in bowl, I couldn't finish it all.

1st time here. .. 1 carne asade burrito, 2 chicken tacos and a large diet coke with weird shaped ice.. $18.50... the wait was kinda long, and its HOT AF inside.. no people wearing a mask even though theres a sign from the city of montclair posted on the window... The short mexican guy at the cashier gave my food but forgot my drink.. i reminded him and he was correcting me in ENGLISH its diet coke.. lol ... He was ashamed he forgot.. never coming back again.. foods ok, but there are better places around
