I really wanted to like this place as i love pancakes, but the food was mediocre and the service was even worse. The food was overpriced for what it was and presentation was awful. Your better off at the chain resturaunts like dennys, ihop, or norms.

First time eating here. Such a variety of food. I had the veggie omelette and dulce de leche crepes...yummy!!!!????Waitress was supper nice!
Restaurant was super clean specially the restroom ? and by far I had the best spicy chilaquiles and when the waiter warns ⚠️ you about the spiciness please do know it was super spicy but so so good.? Definitely coming again for this. The pancakes were a bit off though they were falling apart like top and bottom were coming off the whole pancakes ?
Loved it! IHOP copy cat with better prices.. not mad at ya pancakes r us.. if it ain't broke don't fix it.. great place to eat and staff was very friendly and accommodating..

Chocolate Midnight
Bring your DAYUM COAT!! We went in this past Sunday morning just after they opened... we sat at the counter, at first they wanted us to sit in the booth directly next to the front door... it was to dang cold to be sitting there so I asked if we could go further into the restaurant. I was with the grand babies and they decided on sitting at the counter.We dayum near froze to death! When I asked the server if the heat was on she gave me a bit of a snarky look then said "No"LOOK NOW I am having hot flashes myself but I tell you WHAT THO! it was cold in that place. Then she further says that I am the only one complaining about the temperature... (oh NO SHE DIDN'T!!!) then I looked at her as if to say "Did you REALLY just say that to me???" anyhoo I then told her to look at the other guests in the restaurant ERY'one of them had their coats on! PLEASE! (mumbling to myself) she gonna TELLLLL me that I am the only one complaining yet all her customers are bundled up trying to eat breakfast! PFFT!The kids loved the hot chocolate and the pancakes were a bit tough/hard says the 7 year old - they didn't eat them. They did however enjoy the bacon! Also the corned beef hash has plenty of bell peppers if that is your jam, it's not mine. I'm one and done for this location.I called and spoke with the Manager (1.17.24) and she confirmed the heater NOR the air conditioner is used. Swamp cooler in the summer and no heat in the winter. Due to some customers complaining about it being 'to warm'. So buyer/diner beware dress warmly on a cold day.Respectfully Reviewed
