the food is delicious, but the customer service is terrible, for asking for an empty glass or another fork they give you a bad look and they give it in a bad way… very disappointing!!!

Poor service & unprofessional. I had to wait for chow mein but after half the line was given service, I was finally given my food. I ended up telling the server I no longer wanted it & bought food somewhere else.
The service is bad the cashier Sean so slow. He had the orders for the walk in and online and he didn't know what to do. For only one plate I waited more than 20 mins.

Discusting food, cold small portions not worth the money, this location is terrible!

The food is good but they never open on time. They are usually 5-15 minutes late and have customers waiting. Bad management or organization with in-proper scheduling or not enough staff. Poor staff look rushed to cook on time and meet customers needs. It's currently 11:18 am now so today they took the first customers order at 18 minutes late. They don't realize how many customers they are loosing to other restaurant in the Plaza that do open on time.

exactly what you would expect for a mall panda express. crowded and very busy, but the staff are kind. stopped by because of the lunar new year scratcher coupon, so we got two big entrees, one with orange chicken, kung pao chicken, and mushroom chicken, and the other with honey walnut shrimp, beyond orange chicken, and the steamed vegetables. standout, surprisingly, was the steamed vegetables, which was flavored with garlic and surprisingly leaning more towards chinese than chinese-american cuisine. the breading on the honey walnut shrimp was a bit too thick, and the portions of the fried rice and chow mein were smaller than expected, but still a lot of food for the value.
