Good morning Panera, the food was very expensive The sandwiches weren't worth it wilted lettuce old tomato two pieces of turkey a 4-in sandwich maybe a 3-in sandwich The broccoli cheese that I ordered in a bread bowl didn't get put in the bread bowl because she didn't put it on the receipt The Jamaica juice don't get it junk I will never go there again or to any panera's for $38 we had to go somewhere else and eat

Today 10/17/2025 at 6:30am I came to the drive through and no one would respond when I went drive to the window I made eye contact with the employees and they would not take my order or even acknowledge me. 0/10 so rude

I pull up to the driver thru intercom, wait for about 3 minutes for someone to ask for my order. I constantly say hello, to see if any is was there. I back up and pull up back to intercom and still no response. I then pull up to the window where I see 2 female workers. They noticed me but still ignored me.

The service is horrible! Ordered on the appt and when I got there the lady handed me the bag. I asked her is everything there, she said yes. Unfortunately everything wasn’t in the bag. Went back to the drive through and was giving such a hard time by the curly hair cashier. She was very defensive and argumentative. The supervisor came out to defuse the situation. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place. The food was okay but with the service being a big fat 0, I would never return.

I stopped by this Panera around 6:45 p.m. to order soup, and honestly, I was really disappointed. They had already run out of the baguette bread that normally comes on the side, which is one of the main reasons I enjoy getting soup from Panera. Instead, they offered a bag of chips as a replacement — but who really wants to eat chips with soup?
On top of that, the cashier was rude, dry, and not helpful at all. My soup wasn’t even that hot, just kind of warm. For the price I’m paying, I expected better quality and service. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location again.

Ordered 1//2 sandwich from the drive through menu, price noted on menu was $6.69 yet I was charged $9.15. When I asked the employee why there’s a difference in price she mumbled an unclear response. Very misleading, will not be going back.

I didn’t want to say anything but now the last 6 times I’ve come here for a drink it’s missing. I’m assuming they don’t watch who takes what off the counter so I think someone else takes it. I always get my drink remade but still. I have also had it happen 1 time with my food and ever since I will not order anything but a drink and now I’m over even doing that.
Great and efficient service, greeted by a warm welcome and smile from Carmen. She assisted in retrieving my order in a timely manner and provided great customer service.

Arrived around 8 pm, 1 hour before closing. Place is almost completely empty, and there are at least 4 employees. Still, no one is cleaning, and many tables are filthy. The Wifi is not working, going on 2 months. At 8:22 pm, the outside chairs were stacked just inside the front door. Could they make the place any less welcoming?

FABULOUS and healthy food... Lovely spot also, You can have a good breakfast, brunch or lunch with options from salads to healthy sandwiches. The área is algo very Nice and quiet. Highly recommended.
