I've given this location multiple tries but have finally given up. The times I've been here the food has been cold and unsatisfactory, mobile ordering is pointless because you still wait almost half an hour past your ordering time, and they never mark unavailable items online which is a huge disappointment. Bagels are always thrown into the bag haphazardly not taking into consideration that cross contamination is a thing. Yikes.

IF You are in a Hurry, DO NOT come here. Food is good but there is Always a longer wait than most Paneras. I frequently about 3-5 times a day because it's one of my lunch options for work.

I was really excited when I heard Panera was coming close to my job! Unfortunately it has been a HUGE disappointment consistently. I have tried to give them a chance now over 4 different times, and the Service is such a let down. From wait time in the drive through taking 15min and I'm the only car, to them forgetting things I have ordered, to waiting 10 min in the lobby and not being helped or able to place a order. I don't understand why the kitchen has 10 people back there and they leave the front to one person. I have tried to give this place a shot but until something changes I won't be back.

Deeeeelicios and fresh. Ordering ahead and arriving when ready. Very clean inside too.
I really want to give a shout out to Darlene for her warm, and friendly service. She was so nice and sweet. I have not had such an amazing experience in a food spot for a while. I was going to go to the drive thru but I decided to eat inside and chill and she was just amazing from the start. She took my order and gave me some food suggestions and I was so pleased. I got the chipotle chicken avo melt and a latte. She even walked by my table and asked how did I like it. You really don't get customer service like this anymore. Thank you Darlene and I really hope you are praised for the service you provide customers.

I stopped by to get my family their famous cinnamon crunch bagels and although they were out of them they compensated with me being able to replace them with other pastries. The staff is friendly and helpful, the establishment is well kept, and the aura is welcoming.

They've gotten my order wrong every time I've ordered. Today paid for a salad with chicken, which is more expensive and they just didn't give me chicken. I'm at work and can't just take off to fix it. Check your order.
