I came in and mentioned I have an allergy to shrimp and l love octopus and the chef prepared the best octopus aguachile with fish! All prepared on the spot and had a couple of beers to go with it, bomb! Will definitely be back for some more!!

So you've tried mariscos. But have you tried Polas Mariscos? I just stopped in, for the second time here, and had a Cajun Mariscos shrimp dish that'll blow your mind, sand your taste buds! Cajun shrimp, with three doing sauces, including Cajun, Salsa Rosada, and an excellent mango cucumber salsa. The Owner puts his life blood into these dishes, and they're AMAZING!Do yourself a favor and get into Polas Mariscos and get yourself something that no one else has. Hell, if you like the traditional dishes they have them too.

Ordered shrimp tacos and ceviche. Ceviche was good. Not a fan of the shrimp tacos. The tortillas are flimsy, and the breading on the shrimp fell apart right away, lacked flavor. I eat shrimp tacos once or twice a week as a Pescatarian. This was my first time at Pola's.

Everything we tried was great but the freshness of the ceviche and fish tacos were on a different level! Not only that but the owner Hugo and his team have created a very warm and welcoming environment. He hooked us up with the marisco nachos on the secret menu and it was amazing! Definitely my families, new go-to Marisco spot.

The best mariscos place in the inland empire by a long haul. The food is always fresh and tastes delicious, the service is excellent. I’ve tried quite a few items. The shrimp tacos, menudo, the ceviche nachos, the list goes on. You will not regret giving this place a try.

I’ve been to this place since they opened. Their Mariscos are SUPERB! Enjoyed some fried shrimp tortilla rolls (La Piñata) with Jaiba ceviche and a Pola’s Mix ceviche on 3/17. The molcajete especial is also a delicious choice. A place you definitely need to bring your appetite to. Fresh and tasty ?
