The fries are great I’m not gonna lie but the girls working around 6:00 PM on 10/01/2025 gave me a smaller portion for a giga loopy fries usually they top it all the way to the top and the bottom the paper touch the paper cup all the way down on the bottom but this time I got the paper wrap didn’t even touch the bottom of the cup and the top is not even fill all the way up, they cut it a lot and it’s way too expensive for $13 order of fries when I only get that much.

Food is great. But girls working are RUDE. 8/22/2025 approximately 8:30pm-8:45pm. My girlfriend and I ordered two loopy fries: one chili BBQ and one sour cream & BBQ. Instead, the first order came out as regular fries with sour cream and regular BBQ seasoning. I immediately and respectfully explained the mistake and asked if it could be remade. The employee who helped us was a petite young woman with a light complexion and mild facial texture. Instead of clarifying or simply fixing the order, she told us, “No, you said this,” and later added in a condescending tone to my girlfriend, “Next time don’t say regular BBQ. Say BBQ.” This left us shocked because we had communicated clearly that we wanted both orders as loopy fries—the first with sour cream & regular BBQ and the second with chili BBQ. If there was any confusion, it would have been better for the employee to ask before preparing the order instead of responding with attitude. We love Potato Corner, but this experience was disappointing. Clear communication and respectful customer service go a long way

My girlfriend and I decided to give potato corner a try after seeing online how popular their fries are. Everything here is pricey but the fries were good. Would I say the fries were worth the price? Maybe not but it was worth trying.

Alright, first and foremost, the price. It's almost $20 for a 3 tender combo with frys and drink. A little expensive but whatever. The food was way too salty. So salty, I started getting a headache and a bad runny nose. Was it good? Somewhat. Would I eat here again? Probably not.

I came a few days ago and i don’t usually write reviews but my experience here was better than other potato corners. The young ladies behind the counter were extremely friendly and helpful with what is popular. Food was perfect! 🤩 Even though i came less than 7 minutes before closing and it’s usually Rude for people to come while the business is closing, the ladies were really friendly. Would come again, way better than Ontario Mills potato corner. 🍟

The food is great and the flavors are on point-Unfortunately, the customer service is something to be desired. I understand that it’s just a little kiosk at the mall, but without fail time and time again the staff members have a horrible attitude. It’s very uncomfortable because they never greet, It always feels like you’re bothering them, and it always takes forever compared to other customers as they get their food faster every single time than us. Immediate reaction As we’ve come up to the counter, we see the obvious shift in attitude as they’re friendly all smiles with previous customers, but are extremely rude and short with us.

if i could give zero stars i would. the server was an absolute rude lady to my family and i. We did come ten minutes till closing unknowingly and asked for future reference what time they close we can come again on time. The server looked my mom up and down and said “a minute ago” which is such an unnecessary rude comment. We asked if there was any leftover we could just buy if that wasn’t a hassle and the girl said “there is none” as she was packing up food for herself to take home. I understand not being able to sell while closing but her whole attitude about it while we were being understanding just made it worse.

The server sold me food then informed me that the restaurant did not have napkins. The fries are very messy. No napkins and no help from customer service. Thumbs down.
The fries are too salty and the drinks cannot be refilled. If you have other options, don’t choose this restaurant.

I was incredibly disappointed by the junior combos for my childhood. One would think for $12 a combo the chicken tenders would be more substantial. I was served one combo that was ok. And one combo that was definitely not ok. With very small tenders inside. We're talking it could do battle with a pair of chicken nuggets and it would lose. It was embarrassing. When I asked the cashier to please replace them she said no and that her manager wouldn't let her. Even she agreed though that they were small and that her manager was aware of the problem. But that the manager has left instructions to not replace them. Very very disappointing. So we went someplace else to finish feeding my children. My children are 4 and 6 and of average build. My money would have been better spent on a happy meal. Very disappointing service.
