I recently ordered a milk tea from here I been going here since they opened but it seems like they aren't giving the same great quality they had before or maybe the Baristas aren't making some of the drinks properly.

First time here and won't be returning. I got the Thai tea slush and it didn't taste like Thai tea at all...it tasted like orange water. My hubby got the wintermelon and he was like what did you get me because there is no flavor, it like watered down milk.The parking lot is small and with lots of other businesses in that one area it's tight getting in and out.I gave it two stars because the service was good and friendly and the establishment was clean

I tried this place today. I got the Jasmin pearl milk tea. It was amazing.. smooth, not too sweet, the boda wasnt hard or soggy, it was just perfect. I'm going to have to go back and get the peach cloud. Highly recommend it here. And the man this morning was so sweet. Great place.

I went in yesterday and asked for a taro cloud with extra boba which is what I always ask for , and the worker (jasmine ) gave me a taro milk tea , she also didn’t add the extra boba like I had told her (which she had charged me for ) I went back and she said she was unable to take back the drink or make a new one bc of policy. It’s really upsetting that they have workers that don’t even know what they’re doing.

My boyfriend lives in montclair and decided to treat me to boba because I love it. We ordered an Earl grey tea and a Thai pearl tea for me. When I got the drink it tasted like nothing and felt like I was just drinking milk. So I decided to go back in and ask for a different drink. I was met with a girl who refused to exchange my drink or give me a refund because according to her that's what I ordered and that's what I got even though the quality and taste of the drink was horrible. If you want cheap low quality boba come to Presotea. They will refuse to accommodate you as a paying customer.
