I had an amazing time at Red lobster today! Our waitress was Jessica and she was so sweet and funny! She made a lot of jokes and was very energetic! She made my experience 10 times better!

They are so nice here! The food is great! But we waited almost 40 min to get our order taken, and our servers' attention was scarce. He was a lovely young man and maybe he was just busy. I'm willing to give the benefit of the doubt. Hoping for better service next time.
After years of not coming the first time I come back to try the all you can eat shrimp I have to wait a hour to get my meal and when I finish no one to take my order for refill and when I don't want to make my other person wait as they already finished there meal I get the check and I was gonna get charged for something I was able to enjoy they had a option for pick 3 and I was surprised they didn't give me that I would of loved to have all you can eat but when the dinning room area wasn't even full an hour just to get shrimp was disappointing first time I left a restaurant hungry

I've been to Red Lobster 3 times now. First 2 times was a while ago and did not like it at all. I decided to go again to see if maybe things have changed. Sadly, it hasn't. Food is not good at all, both lobster tails were way overcooked and tasted horrible, we spent alot of money, inside looks empty and not homey, we waited for so long for our food and they kept on forgetting stuff. I didnt get part of my order until right before we left and so I had to box it to go. Overall, it was not a good experience.

Where to start. I'm sitting here awaiting for a waitress or waiter. I'm missing a part of my order and no one check on me.So since I walked in I was seated away from the dinning area and place at the closing bar area. After I order my food came out promptly and was warm. Thanks. However, since I haven't been helped. The food was ok. Waiting still missing part of my order and I have finish my meal which was the feast.The Manger can be heard laughing with the cooks and my waitress still hasn't returned and since I was seated in alone and away from the floor I'm sure I've been forgotten.I want my bill and the manager finally came to check on me after she thought I was ready for my check. After telling her with an apology she went to get my missing order. Absurdity was I still waited for my waitress, of course I didn't eat the remaining side.It was insulting. Maybe it was because I have curl hair and brown skin I was treated like this or the staff is really just that inconsiderate. Horrible experience, nothing like I'm used to.My bill was well over 70 dollars and man was it a mistake to come here.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU VALIE YOUR TIME.

I was seated at 8:00, no one even looked into my direction for 15 minutes, when Michael approached me he said hi, no apology, considering he went to two other tables before he came to me, just to clear the dishes, unbelievable, you don't do that to an ex server, 15 more minutes to get a watermelon lemonade which was awful and I had to send it back, bitter and sour, 15 more minutes just to get biscuits, 8:40 Michael approached me to say, I forgot to put your order in, it will take longer than expected, can i offer you some clam chowder? I asked for a side salad, 9:04 I got my food, steak was maybe med well on the inside, but well done on the outside, burnt brown, food was delicious but my worst visit here ever, every table around me was complaining , it was so awful. I had steak and lobster so my bill was $40.00, I hated only giving him $8 but it was suitable for the service, he would have received double, but I just couldn't do it, considering my free chocolate cake to go ( from My rewards app) took forever for him to bring out also, overall awful service ? I miss Aileen
