The most disgusting restrooms at 6:15pm. One smelled like urine upon opening door. Why weren't the restrooms cleaned?

Its a good place to just study or do work. I been coming here for a minute now. its always packed so be warned, Due to the fact that they only have two outlets. I can only give it 4 stars. Plus Joanna is always super sweet & kind. Cant help but smile back when ordering. They are all very kind. Probably one of the reasons why I keep coming.
Kid-friendliness: Super kind & friendly, I would say some of them really do deserve a raise.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a wheelchair ramp in the entrance as well as two handicap parking spaces.

We were ignored by the employee. We waiting to place our order and no one bothered to even acknowledge that we there. There was 2 girls talking and then 2 others went to the back ignoring up. I didn't want to be karen so we left. This place has no customer service and professionalism. Took my money some where else.

This Starbs made the best pumpkin spice hot latte I've had in my life. Will be back and tipping it's that's good.
I always have a good experience at this starbucks but today I went and ordered a GRANDE strawberry creme frap with mocha and I recieved a TALL instead.. would have went back but I was on a tight schedule... I was upset it's hot out here.

Terrible horrible experience the milk was rotten and so was the manager Alexis which I prefer to call Alex what was extremely rude and patient and very unkind unbelievably he's the manager the absolute most experience I've ever had any Starbucks thanks to Alexis that dude is very rude no manners in disrespectful I really hope someone can do something about you
