If I order coffee, I expect my order to be correct. I totally get it. I understand mistakes happen. We all make mistakes, but when I repeat my order several times and given a completely different order especially with milk, which I explained I can not have, there's a problem. I asked the cashier, no milk right. The cashier said no dairy. Lies!!! I drank it and found out there was milk in it. My stomach suffered so badly. I wish I wasn't this way, but here I am. So, never again will I step foot in this location or any Starbucks. Exaggerated? Maybe, but 6 hours in pain because employees are not paying attention speaks volumes about this location and employees. For shame.....😑

I stopped by today and got a honey citrus mint tea it was good i also order a hot chocolate and it was horrible it looked like warm water and foam it didn't taste nothing like hot chocolate.

Its a good place to just study or do work. I been coming here for a minute now. its always packed so be warned, Due to the fact that they only have two outlets. I can only give it 4 stars. Plus Joanna is always super sweet & kind. Cant help but smile back when ordering. They are all very kind. Probably one of the reasons why I keep coming.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have a wheelchair ramp in the entrance as well as two handicap parking spaces.

We were ignored by the employee. We waiting to place our order and no one bothered to even acknowledge that we there. There was 2 girls talking and then 2 others went to the back ignoring up. I didn't want to be karen so we left. This place has no customer service and professionalism. Took my money some where else.

I always have a good experience at this starbucks but today I went and ordered a GRANDE strawberry creme frap with mocha and I recieved a TALL instead.. would have went back but I was on a tight schedule... I was upset it's hot out here.
