I don’t hold the workers responsible; however, the owner’s decision to overprice the drinks comes across as unreasonable and unprofessional. I ordered three grande drinks, and total out nearly thirty- two dollars. I would recommend saving your money and considering another Starbucks outside the mall.

This starbucks ALWAYS and i mean ALWAYS never makes the drinks any good. Are they just hiring anyone? I cant believe i bought 3 drinks for the price of 31??! This is outrageous. Dont come here. So there prices are up 2$ more then any other Starbucks. They have no signs when your coming in saying that they charge extra here till you get to the counter. I bought 2 grande pumpkin lattes and it came out to 17$ I think it’s outrageous how they are price gouging these drinks. I recommend you go to the barns and nobles and get your Starbucks there and with the left over money you can buy a bread to go with your drink ! I have no problem if it was the same price up in every Starbucks but that I know of this is the only one that’s doing this. A sign outside the coffee place would be nice that way I wouldn’t have to stand in line just to hear that there prices are more expensive here then anywhere else.

My little one decided she wanted a cake pop while we attended the Santa’s arrival ceremony. We went into the Starbucks and I ordered a cake pop and a water. The card reader was set to tip 20% as default and they made it difficult to navigate away from that tip. They also charged me for the water. I ended up paying 8 bucks and change for a cake pop and a water. Ridiculous. I’ll be going to the Starbucks in B&N while at the mall in the future.

Wasting my time trying to get a HOT coffee. Wife ordered as I found a place to sit in the mall. She brings a coffee that is barely warm that I can drink like milk. She takes it back wasting another 5 minutes asking her to wait AGAIN. Brings it back again and it's still freaking barely warm. Si I go up telling the country girl that it's still barely warm asking if I can get a HOT cup. I can do this or that but it gets cold because of the milk we put in it. I'm guessing she means creamer, not sure. Whatever, just make it hot or give me my money back. Again she says it's hard to make it hot so I just said give me my money back. Very frustrating Wasting my time waiting for something they can't make. REALLY, YOU CAN'T MAKE HOT COFFEE????!!! What a joke. I'm guessing their employees aren't trained very well.

Today I placed my order with them & never again ! They didn’t wanna give me my money back I ordered a bagel & there was no cream cheese & one of the workers offered me butter ! U think I wanna eat my bagel with butter ? No . Not only that but they don’t put money back onto ur app which is a lie . So they took my $ ! I am very upset . On top of that they are out here charging people for ice & probably a cup of water when both are free ! Doesn’t matter where u go it’s FREE! This Starbucks tries to make money off of u for water or ice no thanks ! So unprofessional as well ! Mangers don’t even know what to do or say like all I want is my money back for my damn bagel !

I work in side the mall and this place made me not buy Starbucks anymore. They are very pricey. They take too long even though there is no one els. They charge you $1 for water FOR WATER!!!! If you are in Montclair mall plaza please buy from the Starbucks in side of bars and noble great coffee/ customer service/ prices/
