Line for drive through gets through fast! Idk if it's the people fast or the items being delivered fast. But another location had me waiting 14 minutes once lol

Had the best barista at the drive thru today. She was friendly genuine, went over and beyond for me as a customer and I really appreciate that. I come to this store often for 3 years and she is the first person to really try to connect with me. Interactions are very transactional except for today. Thank you ๐

I am a current customer but today I just decided to get a cup of water to take my medicine well the lady with glasses refused to give me a cup of water and she wanted me to buy something, I need it to take my medicine, I was gonna pay for the water but her attitude was bad and she wanted me to buy a drink and then she would give me the water for FREE, so dumb. Lmao, bad customer service.

Do NOT go there on a Friday at 9am. Place was packed with high schoolers, they start late that day. But everyone was working their tails off and remained nice while being at it!

The food and drinks are always good -what you expect from Starbucks. However when the store temporarily closes or will open later than posted hours for whatever reason.. Like opening 9am on a Sunday morning .. the manager should take better care to turn off mobile ordering for this location until they are open. What is meant to be convenient was not and required a major detour. ๐
And yes this place can be pretty trashed sometimes.. I know that it's not the employees trashing the place but it's an unfortunate reflection to the store.

I just dont like that they make you uncomfortable when they put the scanning machine up on your face asking for tips.. sorry to say that but if there was an extra service then yeah!!...but as it is im paying almost $8 for a coffee..
