I went to pick up an order and while I was in there I grabbed a mug and a gift card. The guy who helped me was super rude. Don’t recommend coming in to this store.

I bought Matcha creme and the milk was bad. And when I saw it, he told me that the milk he had taken was fine. I didn't have anything. He told me to return it but I live very far away. The boy answered me very rudely. I cum fon. Pork it was time to sear. I won't go to that place again. I always drink matcha. This one was rotten

The passive-aggressive staff here doesn't understand policy. Or how to work the register. 2 separate visits, same experience.

It took 5 calls and over 5 minutes for this location to pick up the phone. I’m not nitpicky by nature and I mean no disrespect, but every time I go through the drive thru location here I regret my decision. Once I went to get a brown sugar shaken espresso and I asked for 6 full pumps because they use half pumps for this syrup, the person taking my order did not understand anything I was saying. When I got my drink it was bitter. Now the staff seems accommodating, however, please do the job right the first time. Additionally, when I went today I ordered an ice chai with soy milk and light ice. 1 they didn’t even fill the cup all the way but I was fine and drove in my way. I get to the end of my drink and I see curdles at the bottom. I am so disgusted at the thought of drinking spoiled soy that I tried to contact the location to let them know what happened. I spoke to someone finally after 5 tries as I expressed earlier. She seemed knowledgeable but she said that this is just the way the soy milk is- negative. This is either spoiled milk, or the fridge is too cold or they’re not shaking the milk properly before pouring. Maybe a combination of the later too if this milk is not in fact spoiled. However, she wanted to explain to me that this was how the drink came instead of providing me with options for what to do. I asked to speak with a manager she said there wasn’t one present, and made no effort to tell me if there was a lead. I had to ask and then she said yes. Now she didn’t put the phone on mute, I believe the lead had to, so I heard the conversation that occurred. I don’t appreciate being spoken about like that. I didn’t say anything mean or express agitation, I was just trying to gather information and inform the EMPLOYEES of their mistake. The lead was accommodating, but I did not like the amount of time it took to get to a resolution, or the prior conversation with the barista. When I get my drinks inside in the afternoon, the front bar makes the drinks correctly, even if you have to deal with the workers actively ignoring you, the customer, to have their backs to the front and have inappropriate conversations with their coworkers. I understand enjoying where you work, but you still have to work, and if you don’t have time for what you get paid for, find a different line of work. It might be better to make the drive to central if you’re in dire need, not that Starbucks is even that dire a need, but don’t waste your time in the drive through for the most part. I won’t come back, so I guess the employees will be happier getting paid for doing nothing just a bit more.
