A bit slow and I wouldn't say completely rude service, but just not very welcoming. Get some caffeine in you and fake a smile or "have a nice day". A sense of urgency would be appreciated, thanks.

Drive thru experience was bad. Bad customer service and bad food, pastry was cold and requested 180*hot latte. It was room temperature, I requested just for both to be warmed up. They insisted on giving me fresh replacements. Again pastry was cold and coffee luke warm. The original employee who took the order, acted annoyed and rude, she didn’t even want to help us. . The other employee who tried to help admitted, they’ve been having problems with their equipment. I don’t need, or want the stuff for free,, just want it done right. Starbucks isn’t cheap. And customer service goes a long way, with the right attitude. Bad customer service!!

Ordered from uber eats and instead of calling to tell me they were out of something and offer a possible replacement they just didn't send anything and didn't call. Completely unacceptable that 4 of my employees did not get a baked good because their staff couldn't be bothered to pick up the damn phone.
I heard bad reviews of this Starbucks but never believe it until today I asked for a venti they gave me and grande and you could totally tell they where lazy to make a new drink that they just add more ice to the venti cup and just add what was in the grande cup. I complained about my drink but she was trying to smart talked me like if I dint know what I order instead of fixing it. They take for ever to take your order,they messed up your drinks I mean if they don't like there job please quit and let the good bartender to stay there

No I'm sorry but I go to this starbucks every day, every day there's no day I miss going here and today was not it, they over put cinnamon in my drink like if they didn't want me to come back ever again ? I feel so disappointed I love my coffee ?
