I had a confusing experience at this Starbucks today. I arrived first, but the line setup wasn’t clear, so I ended up standing on the wrong side. Instead of helping me or clarifying the order of the line, the staff member, Ricky, served people who arrived after me. I then had to line up all over again. When I mentioned my confusion, he just said, “It has always been like this,” which didn’t feel very helpful.

Young black woman working front counter with the black apron is rude. She had a bad attitude when we were just inquiring about a drink. She couldn’t even give us any eye contact as she was looking at everything but us. She was just very rude overall. If you don’t like interacting with customers then maybe you shouldn’t be working in customer service.

If I could put 0 stars I would do it , service 0 , atmosphere 0 . Very unwelcoming and racist. My dad has ordered his drink before and other Starbucks have understood and I was able to understand him but she kept asking and asking what was what he wanted . She asked 4 times for his drink only to make it wrong !!! And she threw the drink and sighed so hard for us to understand that she was clearly mad . I am not coming ever again . She always has a very unwelcoming and mad face . And she has always one AirPod on the side of the ear . I hope she gets fired no one deserves this treatment at all.

Ordered a grande shaken expresso. Got my drink after 3 sips it was gone. The cup was filled up all the way with ice. $6 for a cup of ice and 3 sips cmon… bad service

So my receipt wasn't offered, and when I asked, she said she couldn't print it out because she couldn't go backward. The drinks didn't taste good, and things were missing as far as what was available. Now ic why it was empty ?

Overdue review .. I had the best iced apple crisp shaken espresso. The kind you know will be great just by looking at it because of the color. Not bitter at all! A barista by the name of Ree or Rih recommended the Apple cold foam because they were out of the macadamia one I would usually get. It was such a great experience.

Decided to grab a drink only to be greeted with the most unwelcoming look and attitude from this Asian young woman working the register. I just don’t understand if they don’t like working with people why do they get these jobs? Proper customer service goes a long way . A standard HELLO instead of “ what drink do you want !
