The food was amazing but the old Hispanic lady was super rude and took my money to give herself a tip and lied about the card machine not working.

The food was great but this old Hispanic lady with a bun and somewhat white hair was very ready and unpaitient with me. She said there was no American cheese which I was ok with but then she went “ugh” stormed in the back and got the American cheese. So why lie that there isn’t when there is ? She also give me attitude when I was being understanding and patient. She should be fired for lying , being rude to customers and being inpatient. There are many more complaints about this same lady. listen to the customers !!!

There was a lot of attitude coming from this older Hispanic lady especially when we asked for clarification we were met with attitude. After she gave me my change and didn’t give me the correct amount. There’s always attitude coming from the workers

I order a 6in meatball sub with lays chips and a soda on the subway app and when it got delivered it had no chips or soda so I called the store and ask to speak to a manager and they told me to call back tomorrow and I'm started to tell her what my problem was I didn't catch her name I was trying explain to her what's missing and all she was saying to me ok I'm sorry like she didn't understand me so 5 mins later another lady called and she too didn't understand me so I got my friend to translate for me cuz she didn't understand me either

There's this one older Hispanic lady that lies about the amount you own in order to keep the change as a tip I understand working in customer service sucks and getting a tip sometimes lift your spirits but to steal it it's just hilariously wrong

I don't understand the business not only this but now any business the prices are high but the bags and all the products they are using are of no quality, I don't think I'm going to go back to this business 😭👎😡

Come here for lunch a lot between 2-3 and I’m always greeted with great service, the staff is so nice
I went in with a coupon and was immediately met with a bad attitude. The employees here are always rude, claiming the coupon only applies to “certain sandwiches,” even though there’s no such restriction stated. One of them said it was the owner’s rule—but the owner himself has rung me up before without any issue or limitations on sandwich choices.
It’s frustrating because every time I give this location another chance, I hope for better service, but they continue to prove me right. This Subway really needs to get its employees in order—customer service is part of the job.
I ended up going to another Subway where the service was excellent, and they accepted my coupon without a problem. I won’t be returning to this location.
P.S. The employee who was particularly rude to us was the one with the lashes, but honestly, they all have an attitude the moment you walk in.

I participated in the promotion for dads and grads through the app and bought a $25 giftcard to get a qr code for free 6" sub and the coupon says any sub is okay just add-ons or other promos can't be combined. I ordered the Turkey Cali Club which comes with Belgioiso mozzarella and avocado by default and is advertised in giant letters on the menu, it is not even the most expensive sub, the beast is more and the free 6" qr code also works for the beast too so it was crazy how after I finished paying and was sitting down eating, the guy who claimed to be the owner aggressively demanded that I pay for the avocado that comes on the turkey cali club by default and I explained that if the qr code worked it is your system that accepted it and made it $0,00 the way it is supposed to and has nothing to do with me, I already paid with the promo code I got by spending $25.00, and am almost done eating at this point. Since the sign showed in big letters the avocado came with that specific sub included at no extra charge, I refused to pay extra after the fact after they redeemed my reward and then he threatened to go into my account and wipe my accounts rewards because he said he could if he wanted to. I GOT IT ALL ON FILM AND REPORTED YOU TO CORPORATE AND ON TWITTER! Then he came up to where I was sitting and told me to get out if I wasn't going to pay for the avocado and pushed me out of the store and locked the door, like what?! I called the police and the owner came running out, changed out of his uniform and left after I told him the police were on their way and I would appreciate if he could make a statement for the record so we could document that he threatened to tamper with my accounts rewards funds and threw me out of the restaurant over a coupon they accepted. I got the license plate info and provided it to the police and they referred me to corporate so I am never giving this business my money ever again, I spent over $100 there this week and got treated like trash over a turkey cali club coupon. That is bad for business, I hope you learn from this to treat your customers with respect and if you ring them out you can't demand they pay for your mistake, that is simply accepting the coupon and letting me redeem it to begin with, while someone is on their lunchbreak already eating, threaten them, and then forcibly kick them out while eating. Worst subway ownership and experience ever. Not to mention this location's bathroom has been "out of order" for years. Ownership is a bunch of liars or they refuse to fix the broken bathroom, but knowing how awful the ownership is, I think the bathroom works just fine and they just don't let anyone use it just because they are not good to their customers and like to inconvenience them and never put the customer first. If I was the owner Id fix the bathroom so customers can use it instead of lying for years that it is out of order.

I see many subways that they make excuses that the bathroom is broken, but it's a lie. If they don't let them use the bathroom, I won't buy them anything. That's not legal. There are several Subways from different cities that do the same thing. It's not right. Bye Subway, they're not going to have my money.
