Came here twice. The first time I got a weird vibe from the guy behind the counter but I gave it another shot. the second time he was just rude and unhelpful, either he doesn't know anything about baking or their inventory or he just didn't want to do his job. When we walked to the front to get rung up he hid in the back until someone else needed to be rung up and he didn't have a choice. My husband said he'd rather drive me 40 minutes then ever come in here again. I agree.

I've been here a few times and have been helped by the same older guy. He's very helpful! I'm not a trained baker or anything just started baking and decorating cakes for my family last year so I really don't know what certain things are called but I can always find what I'm looking for and my cakes have come out so much better than I expected. Went in for the first time because I needed an edible image and I was a bit unsure about the sizing I needed so the man helping me kindly sized my image a few different ways on the one sheet I purchased. Was done in less than 10 minutes and the one sheet was $10 which I think is a very average price. They're well stocked in so many different items and tools that I don't even see at hobby lobby

Reasonable prices and a nice selection of colors for sprinkles and sanding sugar. Took off a star because I only bought 9 items, but was charged for 11. It's too far out of my way to go back and ask for an adjustment.

I stopped by yesterday for a visit, and even though I don't bake, I love this place. I received help from the nicest guy. He was helpful, patient, and even gave me a gift so that I could experiment. I would definitely recommend this place if you're a baker.

Went to Suzy's on Friday 5:45 before closing, I needed edible prints, I was referred to go there from my cake place in Glendora. Went in and was greeted immediately and got my photos. While waiting I shopped around and they have everything you would need and the music was excellent, made shopping with ease. The quality of the photos and paper a far best of what I get other places. I defiantly recommend this place.
