This has to be at the loneliest part of the mall. A space that used to be bustling with people is now dumbed down to this. It’s sad. Good foood though.

Came to the wetzel pretzel today around 6:40pm upstairs location and the younger girl was very friendly and helped us out with our order meanwhile the two older employees that were working in the back together started yelling and speaking very rude in spanish to the younger employee. I understood spanish and felt really bad hearing what they were telling her and seeing the younger employee fake a smile to finish our order on the verge of tears. Wetzel pretzel do better with your treatment of your employees, as someone who has and works in the service industry the way they spoke to them in front of multiple customers was beyond disrespectful and disgusting. Do better!

Frustrating. They made the wrong order for me, so I asked for a refund. Then they said they really don’t do refunds. They ended up giving me my drink I ordered, but would not refund me back the difference back for their mistake. They only offered the food I did not ask for or want. Ended up paying $11 for a small drink all because of their mistake.

This is the best Wetzel's Pretzels location I've been to! The one back at home is never as soft, and the sugar doesn't stay on the Wetzel bitz. This location, on the contrary, makes excellent pretzels, and they're always soft and tasty. They also always give me forks and napkins with my pretzel

The pretzel is great but the cheese sauces flavor too buttery. But good to go. I recommend the mini hotdog pretzel.

The location is rather secluded since there's not much foot traffic hitting this area. But anyway, we got the cheese dog for us to snack on and it was pretty good! It was painless to order and they gave us some ketchup and mustard for the cheese dogs.

Only giving one star because I can't leave 0. Literally the WORST service ever. They all look like they are deers in headlights. They have no idea what is going on. Would not recommend this place. Don't know if they got any training but if they did they need some more. They have 5 people behind the counter and 3 of them just looking around doing nothing.

Very disappointed. I've had these pretzels lots of times. But I think they need to cook them a little bit more. 30% of my pretzel was very Doughy. Had to throw it away. also surprised how much they went up. One pretzel cost me $5.07.
