Loved this place because of the free samples and the pretzels are delicious good customer service and my date bought be a pretzel from here and i was not disappointed. the vibes are amazing and food is a little pricey for a pretzel but yum.

Came here in the evening for pretzel... got gross out when the employee use the same glove for grabbing the pretzel then grabbing my credit card it was very Oily definitely not coming back to this Wetzel stan

The pretzel is great but the cheese sauces flavor too buttery. But good to go. I recommend the mini hotdog pretzel.

I hate to do this but the manger or supervisor at this location was extremely rude, I had purchase a pepperoni pretzel and two small lemonades. The pepperoni pretzel was super hard and it looked like it was sitting there all day. I kindly went to the cashier and ask her if she can switch it for me and her supervisor came out , claiming she didn't have any more pepperoni pretzel anymore and there was a good three in the front but refuse to serve because she was rushing to close. I will definitely not be returning to this location.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. She also asked me to write my name and phone number.

The location is rather secluded since there's not much foot traffic hitting this area. But anyway, we got the cheese dog for us to snack on and it was pretty good! It was painless to order and they gave us some ketchup and mustard for the cheese dogs.

Only giving one star because I can't leave 0. Literally the WORST service ever. They all look like they are deers in headlights. They have no idea what is going on. Would not recommend this place. Don't know if they got any training but if they did they need some more. They have 5 people behind the counter and 3 of them just looking around doing nothing.

I had a great experience here tonight with a worker named Alvarosa. She was so kind and assisted me in picking out the best pretzel out the variety they offer. She was kind and helpful and really made the experience great. A great example of quality customer service. The pretzel was amazing and so was the service. Will definitely be back!
