Came to this wingstop 3 weeks ago, bought a family pack & the chicken was raw. My kids almost threw up after tasting the raw rubbery chicken. They said they would refund my money, yet it's been close to a month & I still haven't received anything. Now they don't even answer my messages. No updates or nothing. Horrible place & horrible customer service.

One of the worst wing stops I have ever been too! Me and my partner went in and he said we had a pick up and he said the name three times and the employee still couldn’t find it when it was right in her face. I ordered Parmesan seasoned corn and got Cajun seasoned. We went to go ask for them to remake it we never got it and sat on the restaurant for a whole 30-35 minutes and ate our other food. Go ahead and check it out if you want your order to be messed up.

They gave me burnt buns for both my sandwiches and I had to drive back.Its unacceptable to give out orders like this.Now half my order is cold like my wings and fries because I had to go back to pick up new buns.

Ordered an online order and waited 1 hour so we get there and the manager said they had no order for us and if we wanted to place an order it was gona be another hour , super bad service all employees there have an attitude and bad customer service DO NOT GO TO THIS WINGSTOP
I so know I'm not the only person who has waited almost an hour for food that the app says takes 20 to 25min to be done. Then to top it off their employees are so rude that when you ask about your order they give you the eye roll or their attitude. Wingstop need to step up it big time in this location for sure!

Came here to pick up my order during the tender promo fully expecting chaos. Yes, it was busy but efficient. They obviously had their aces in their places, food was good, and service was excellent. This location will be my go to for now on 👌
I ordered just 1 large fry and 30 minutes later they asked me what it was I ordered. Not sure if they forgot or lost my order, but I can’t believe I waited and paid for the service I got. Also they “cannot” give you a refund of any kind. No point in dealing with them
