Ordered an online order and waited 1 hour so we get there and the manager said they had no order for us and if we wanted to place an order it was gona be another hour , super bad service all employees there have an attitude and bad customer service DO NOT GO TO THIS WINGSTOP

I so know I'm not the only person who has waited almost an hour for food that the app says takes 20 to 25min to be done. Then to top it off their employees are so rude that when you ask about your order they give you the eye roll or their attitude. Wingstop need to step up it big time in this location for sure!

Came here to pick up my order during the tender promo fully expecting chaos. Yes, it was busy but efficient. They obviously had their aces in their places, food was good, and service was excellent. This location will be my go to for now on 👌
I ordered just 1 large fry and 30 minutes later they asked me what it was I ordered. Not sure if they forgot or lost my order, but I can’t believe I waited and paid for the service I got. Also they “cannot” give you a refund of any kind. No point in dealing with them

I ordered online set for take out. It was 20 wings with 3 different flavors and french fry with my favorite blue cheese sauce. And to my surprise ALL of the wings were not fresh and dry as desert! I mean that taste of the wings was like you put a chicken on a table for a day or two for it to dry, then put the same chicken into a freezer for couple of months. And after that you deep fry them and the wings are ready to be served. I'm dissapointed. For 42 bucks for the set it's kinda meh. Sauce and fries were perfect though, so additional star for the sauce and fries. They misspeled my name on the bag: minus one star for the service. Not spacious and noisy place: minus 2 stars for the atmosphere.

I was at the Wingstop on 10/25 and had to wait over 20 minutes for my order, more than was shown on my wait time. The place was dirty and in the entire time I was there, no one cleaned up. There was a customer asking the woman at the register a question, and it was appalling to see the worker give the poor girl so much attitude. I refuse to come back and support a business that treats their customers so rudely, not to mention the food was cold when I finally got it and there are things always missing in my orders here. Never coming back, and I don't recommend anyone come by either.

Ordered online for pick up and waited for over 20 minutes in the store when my food was supposed to be done at a certain time, I’ve also noticed this location always messes up on my orders, but today man I witnessed the older lady that worked on 10/25/24 around 4:30-5 (cause we waited over 20 mins for my order) and the older lady yelled at a customer when the customer asked if her order was done and the lady yelled at her saying they were backed up. So rude.

You can't even ask her about the status of an order without her going off on you. Won't be coming back, and I don't recommend anyone stop by either.
