my family has been visiting this store for 4 decades. it has been a community staple and something that we enjoy as a family. my father went today to purchase his typical donuts. instead of being greeted with care and attention, he was treated and talked to poorly. when he told me what happened, i was horrified. he has limited vision and was seeking attendance. a white patron yelled at him about touching his bags when he was merely trying to see if the donut holes were on the counter. as if this wasn’t enough, the staff were terse with him and sharply asked him what he wanted. he walked out and we will never be back. shame on this store for their treatment of african american elders.

I ordered a 9 Grain Bagel and received an Everything Bagel. It was toasted as asked for. Cream Cheese spread was barely there.

Went around 12am, I know that's late but I would still think them to have fresh donuts all night considering they are open all night. They were not fresh, but stale and the frosting chipped off. I had a chocolate donut before I left and when I got home there was no chocolate left on it. Their other donuts tasted odd and barely had any taste. For $2 a donut I except way more no matter what time I am there.

Staff was rude and dismissive. If you're not one of their regulars, they just want you out the door as fast as possible. I left with half ifnwhat I went for because every time I'd ask for another donut she'd sigh, out it in the bag, hand me the bag without asking if inwanted anything else, and then go back to talking to her friend. All while never breaking eye contact with them. I had enough so I paid for what I had and left. Ended up just eating a bowl of cereal when I got home because nit only did I not get everything I went for, what I did get was wrong.
