One employee keeps charging $1.00 for each topping on the banana split. The sign shows 3 toppings & the price is $8.99 but she argues & charges$11.99. All other employee’s charge the $8.99. We will not go there anymore. The owner needs to change the sign or talk to this person.

Been sitting in my car for 30 minutes waiting for them to get here and 10 minutes after 11:00 they're still not ready I was turned away not a good way to run a business. I will never come back here

This evening I witnessed a little girl's ice cream fall off of her cone and landed on the floor. The little girl told a female employee what happened, the employee said what do you expect me to do. The employee informed the little girl she had to pay again even though it was the female employees fault that it fell off the cone. Luckily a male customer paid for the little girl's ice cream again. It's been a long time since I've seen such uncaring selfishness. I walked out of the store I'll never be back I'm not spending a nickel in this uncaring store.

Honestly if i could leave 0 stars i would by the wild n reckless ice cream there are little dead bugs on the sides and what makes it worse it’s where all the children’s favorites are so they're probably dead bugs in the ice cream, it’s absolutely disgusting considering that it’s visible, imagine what it looks like in the back? You can see the little bugs for yourself in your next visit. ??♂️

Love the ice cream experience. I got their mother's making cookies... hands down my favorite flavor.Sadly, don't recommend eating a double scoop in a waffle cone while driving. Haha
