I love this place! It’s a new regular spot for me. I always get the black milk tea boba here and the boba is always fresh and perfect, and the tea tastes just right. Sometimes it’s difficult for places to get the boba and flavor right every time, but that’s why I love this place. I also love their strawberry banana Nutella crepe. It’s big and stuffed with fruit generously. It’s also such a convenient location right by the train station. I am a big fan!!!!

I had a lovey interaction when buying a mangoñeada today with one girl. Although it wasn’t my first choice. I initially wanted matcha + strawberry combo but I didn’t want to settle for the green tea and that was fine! I’d just get a tried and true mangoñeada. Upon receiving, it looked good but when I shook and took a rathet hefty sip, there was an overwhelming amount of chamoy, like 70% worth and not much mango. I even had my sister try and she shook her head in disgust. I walked back and it was a another younger girl, I said “hi, I’m so sorry but this is mostly chamoy, I just don’t think i can drink this. Is it possible for me to exchange it for something else?” mind you, it’s pretty full, I wouldn’t bring it back If I drank most of it. She said “hi, no. Because we are a small business, we can’t exchange drinks if you don’t like them. You can either buy another one or we can throw it out.” To not cause confrontation, I just said “well I unfortunately can’t drink this so I will just leave it here” and left.
I had been here a year ago or so because i’m hardly in the area and everything was fine then, but unfortunately I wont be going back there for what I thought was a cool moorpark small business. They have good reviews so i hope your experience is better than mine!

This place is not really a boba spot. All their "milk" options are actually more like smoothies. If youre into that then you might like this place. But the girl who did my order had no clue about the menu or anything. I specifically asked for a milky liquid drink and she recommended the strawberry banana which ended up being a smoothie. I couldnt be any more clear that i wanted liquid. The drinks are not even that good and are super expensive. Also this place is kind of chaotic. Just go to an actual boba spot.

This place is amazing, I love the old house feeling in Old Town Moorpark.I've never had a boba this good anywhere else. Everyone is really friendly at Bobas Cuz. So, take a load off grab one of the comfy seats, order up a taro boba and chill. ???
