This family owned business is doing it right. I worked next door to them for over ten years. I've placed over 100 orders form them and I've never had a complaint about the food, it's so delicious. From their pastry's to their tacos and burritos, all the way down to the posole and menudo. So much flavor! Give this place a try, you won't be disappointed.

I really wanted to like this place to support local business. I got three chorizo burritos and a taco lunch. Unfortunately the burritos have no taste whatsoever. All three people who ate with me agreed that it just doesn't have any taste. The salsa can only do so much but still did not help. I saw many other people ordering burritos so I was thinking they must be good. But as I said to my disappointment they were bland. On a good note the fresh baked bread was pretty good.

Omg this place is amazing!!! I had really Great chicken enchiladas, the pico de Gallo is to die for, the pan dulce at 7pm is STILL soft and fresh. The horchata was delicious! The elote also delicious. My friend had the caldo and it was fresh and huge! Soooo good!! Everything is amazing there! Highly recommend for authentic Mexican food and baked goods....also the service was phenomenal! Great experience!!!

Great burritos and tortas - food makes up for the location. Reasonably priced. Sweet breads are good but are definitely pricey. Bought only once but never again.. Stick to the food

Horrible customer service. Called ahead of time the girl who worked there picked up and was barely able to give me my correct order back to me. Lady hanged up on me after I asked when my order would be ready. I go on my lunch break to pick up my order they get my order wrong. The woman chief has horrible customer service and arrogance. She basically said she did my order right and I'm wrong. I drove back to my work to get my order and after coming back they made a new breakfast burrito for me and said it was a mix up and the cashier apologized while the chief kept her mouth shut. Food is okay nothing special but customer service needs to seriously be fixed.
We love Carla's Bakery everything always taste fresh great portion size today we had the posole and a egg breakfast burrito no meat the bombbb and definitely try there sweet breads I have to get one every time we go they r so good the posole definitely reminded me of my moms home cooked meal thanks Carla's Bakery for always satisfying us

Wow! Let me just say WOW!! I just moved to Moorpark and had to try Carla's! I wasn't sure where it was located, but we happened to stop by the Tractor store on LA AVE and there is was! So... of course we had to grab a couple breakfast burritos. We chose the chorizo and machaca burritos! And they were BOMB! My man and I both agreed that the Machaca was the BEST! It's Huge! Easy to share! Comes with chips and salsa too! And CHEAP! $6.99 for a massive burrito! We also got their fresh squeezed orange and green juice! Amazing! We will be back for sure to try all the things!

Stuffed to the brim. From start to finish it was awesome and the burrito wasn't 80% potatoes. These breakfast burritos are awesome. Great prices and great food. It's all made in the front and you can see everything. Make sure to ask for the salsas. Chips included with ? ??. This place is definitely going into the favorites list.
