if you’re allergic to cilantro, or happen to dislike it for whatever reason, this location refuses to provide rice without it. they gladly give you the middle finger. 3rd time in a row it’s happened on 3 separate occasions.
really mid food and its always messy with a ton of cross contamination

Many look upon a franchise quick service establishment and ask "Is this a good <brand name>"
This is a good chipotle.

It's always very dirty, there's not much variety.

I got there a little after 9 when they close at 10 and the girl said “this is all we have for the night” and everything was empty. No veggies, no meats, just lettuce and sauces and toppings. She was rude about it too. Ridiculous. If you’re gonna say you’re open till 10, then have food available till 10.

Good food to eat for lunch, the only thing is that the steak always looks like it is overcooked, so I end up getting barbacoa.

In what world is this an acceptable size for a burrito. The taco was bigger than it. This is is the only Chipotle where the sizes can vary so wildly, and always lean to the absolute minimum size. I would rather drive the extra 10 minutes to the Simi valley location to at least guarantee consistency

Terrible quality. Gave this location 3 separate chances wasn’t able to finish my food any of the three times. Chipotle isn’t a bad restaurant, this location is just a really bad representation.

Came in asking for a steak quesadilla. First they cooked it with cheese only then the worker started to unwrap it (after cooked) to put steak in it. I asked him to remake it and put it in oven with steak and cheese in it. Then came out very burnt and gross to eat.

Im yes have diner there ladt night my first time with my husband love the food the ships end queso blanco delicious todo the barbacoa bowl is the best for me
The people are friendly and always ready to help. The food is great tasting also the options that you can choose yourself is great. The atmosphere is a little lackluster as Chipolete should do a color and design redo...although the restrooms, I must say, are kept clean, at least when I have been there.

Lazy and slow, one guy makes the food and the rest stand in the back and stare at you
There is a dish similar to Brazilian food, the bowl (Travessa in Brazilian Portuguese), you get white rice, brown beans, meat, and salad. All for 13 dollars. The only difference with Brazilian food is that it is spicy. But since I like pepper, it's great for me.
Parking: Great and free.
