Proportions were small. And it seemed to take forever for somebody to help me in the line, yet there were three people standing behind the register. Meanwhile, two of them we’re just talking to each other. Customer service has really changed.

Absolutely terrible. Placed an app order and was terrible. It looked like our food was just thrown in the bowl. I walked across the street and it looked like the bag was in an accident or something. This chipotle doesn't even come up on Yelp to write a review, just awful. Will never return to this location. Asked for a full refund, we will see if Chipotle will honor terrible expereience.

Bad customer service experience. I placed an order online. When I got home realized they got order wrong. Tried to call restaurant , but they won't connect you to store. Automated assistant only stating to send an email. I drove all the way back to store. Front cashier wouldn't even ask why i was there, kept passing me up for other customers. I asked another worker there for help, he told me to wait while preparing several other orders. Waited a long time for assistance and they never even apologized for getting order wrong! Is there no customer service anymore???

I order here often. Love the food.
Four stars because the Only negative is that since the price increase the portions have gotten A LOT SMALLER. THEY ARE HALF THE SIZE THEY USED TO BE.
Some people say the to go orders tend to be smaller as opposed to you standing there and watching them make it.

if you’re allergic to cilantro, or happen to dislike it for whatever reason, this location refuses to provide rice without it. they gladly give you the middle finger. 3rd time in a row it’s happened on 3 separate occasions.
