We loved working with Command Performance Catering! Jesus was able to provide us with even more menu options than we originally thought came with our wedding package, so we were able to create the perfect menu. They were very accommodating with our requests and helpful in deciding on certain details such as chairs, napkins, glasses, seating chart, etc. The staff the day of the wedding were super professional and kind towards our guests. We kept getting complimented on how smoothly everything was being ran. Our food ended up being even better than we expected and our guests really enjoyed it as well! The CPC bartenders were also really great and we loved our signature drinks. We couldn't recommend working with them enough!

The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff was beyond kind. They consistently made sure we were taken of, bride and groom, as well as our guests! Everybody had wonderful things to say. Couldn't recommend enough!

CPC was a fantastic caterer to work with and their lead, Joe, handled a lot of coordination for us. Putting together a celebration of life is not an enjoyable experience and their ability to coordinate so much of the day was a huge weight off of us while grieving. Their food was fantastic, all of the staff was wonderful and their timeline execution was perfect. Highly recommend.

The food was even better than we could have expected! We went for a comfort food buffet style for our wedding and our guests were raving about it afterwards. We designed our own signature drinks and their bartenders made them perfectly! I think the hourderves were our favorite part though, the grilled cheese, truffle fries, and chicken quesadilla were delicious!

Command Performance Catering was a required venue at Camarillo Ranch, but we are so happy that it was! The food was all amazing and our guests all raved about it! There were so many options to choose from! Manuel was very helpful and accommodating to our requests, specifically with the bar. Command Performance did a fantastic job on the day of my wedding. Everything was so smooth and the guests raved about the food and service. The braised short ribs were incredible, as well as the jalapeño mac and cheese. My guests were also loving the spicy margaritas we chose as our signature drink. They were very professional and their timing flowed well with our timeline. It was very obvious to myself and my guests that they had everything dialed in.The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars is because the communication leading up to the day was lacking. Nonetheless, it all got done and everything went smooth. I would still highly recommend them!

We were lucky that our venue has an exclusive partnership with CPC, but honestly we would have chosen them ourselves. During the lead-up to the wedding, the team members were super communicative with my husband and me, and made us feel more at ease.When I say that the food is phenomenal, that would be an understatement. We are STILL getting comments about the food and how great it was. Don't sleep on the grilled cheese with tomato soup shots!!!
