Very bad experience, we ordered a pepperoni pizza with jalapeños and chicken but it was with jalapeño and chicken spirit, it took more than two minutes to give us the pizza at curbside, and still with reluctance whoever took it angry terrible

They told me they're not going to Give me my money back. They were laughing when I ask for a refund.No respect I told him I was going to contact corporate. And they said go for it. Don't Buy here

All I was trying to do was order 10 pizzas for a party. Tried doing an order online the night before to be delivered the next day. After I filled out all the details there was an error and it said to call the number instead. So I called the number and they said they also were getting the same error so to call back in the morning. I called in the morning and the phone service dominoes uses took my order which took forever and then informed me there was an issue with the system (the same one I was dealing with the night before) so they would need to transfer me directly to the store. They did and the store wasn’t opened yet which it seems like they could have checked so I was disconnected. Called back to explain what happened and see if they could do anything else and a new person told me the error had been fixed and they could take my order. They took my order and guess what…. Same error occurred so they tried to transfer me back to the store despite me explaining literally 8 times that the store was closed so it wouldn’t work. I tried calling the store directly when they opened at 10. They took my address and order and then no joke told me that even though it was in their delivery area they preferred not to go there because the parking lot in this place was sometimes crowded. What a ridiculous waste of time and terrible customer service all around. The place we were at said other people had the same problems with this dominoes that sometimes they’ll deliver and sometimes they won’t. Ended up calling pizza man Dan and they had delicious pizzas delivered in 40 minutes despite the huge order. Don’t waste your time with this dominoes location they’re the worst.

Every time I eat here the food seems to come out better than at other dominos. That always treat us good, and we can feed my whole family for 15$. Sometimes they take a while to make my 2 pizzas, but working a t fast food has taught me that shit happens, and you shouldn't be a dick about it. I will be eating here as long as they have that mix & match deal (super helpful for parties).
I've had 2 bad experiences in a row. When I come for curbside pickup and a tracker says it's ready they just make you tracker as complete as say - your pizza is not ready yet. 2 minutes timer is already stopped but I didn't get my order. I think they do that because they don't want to give you an extra pizza for free. They said - you can claim it online. We are sorry
