I stopped by this In N Out location today to grab my lunch. I came before they officially open to avoid the line. I was their first customer of the day and got a double double protein style with extra patty. I also added chopped chili and got fries for the side. They made my food quick and it was delicious. The customer service here is top notch.

Go to literally any In-N-Out but this one. The kid working the drive thru acted like he hated his life and was miserable. They get my order wrong more than half the time, like not putting grilled onions on the animal fries which makes no sense in the first place. I used to work at In-N-Out and it genuinely makes me wonder how they screw up so often if it's not intentional. Skip this store, at least McDonald's gets your order right.

If you want a good in and out experience a thousand percent go to this location We drive out of our town just to go to this one because they always have amazing food amazing service I've never had an issue with ordering food here The one in Simi valley is absolutely horrible drive the extra 15 mins to get to the Moorpark location. It's insane what a difference It is in quality of the food from these two locations They have exactly the same ingredients exactly the same everything but it comes out horrible at Simi and absolutely amazing at the Moorpark location.
