Food and service are great. Getting cut in the drive thru line by entitled people that got there well after you, and drive thru attendants attending to them first and letting them ahead makes it frustrating sometimes.

InNout is always great, but tonight someone messed up. They forgot to put ketchup and pickles on the burger. Fries were supposed to be well done, and we're just regular. Hopefully next time it will be perfect

Had the worst burgers tonight. Very not In n Out standard. So glad we didn’t take our guests to whom we raved about InO. Buns were hard and stale and burnt. Burgers were overcooked and cold. Cheese had melted and dried cold. Fingers crossed this was a one-off bc we love InO. Terrible, disappointing experience
