Coffee a la Mode - Moorpark's Coffee House (Formerly It's A Grind Coffee House)

I been supporting the coffee shop since it opened. Customer service is really gone downhill. At my last visit the coffee was great. I ordered same as always and was told if that's what I want what I normally get I can have a cup of ice to make it myself. When I questioned this I was insulted for doing so. I later sent a message on line and got slammed with SOMEONE ELSE CREDIT CARD info saying these are my prior orders, this is very hurtful. (I can back this up my card info). No real apology just getting told in wrong and the proff was false information???? I've never been so insulted before. All because I didn't want anyone else to leave feeling like I did.

This is really a cute little coffee shop. There are many push chairs, board games, community spotlights. It's so laid back and cozy. Almost like a real life Central Perk.

The menu is huge, from flavored drip coffee (ready to pour) to iced and hot espresso drinks, and seasonal offerings and rotating bean selections.

The staff are as laid back as the atmosphere, but the coffee comes out quick. All in all, a great place to grab a cup. If you like it black or sugary, if you're in a hurry or want to hang out for the afternoon, they've got you covered.

I can't remember ever giving 5 star review at a coffee house. This place is really a 5 star house. Come in and you'll find out why.

Just WOW!! In Cali for business and went to a few coffee shops. This place has the most premium espresso I've ever had. Been back three times in three days. Do not go here if you dont want to be hooked! The staff is nice every time, been helped by different people and received the same service every time. Food looks and smells delicious, I think I might have a cheat day and get one of their muffins. My iced latte is the best I've ever had, I'm going to miss it when I leave.

I've been to this coffee shop a few times and it's long overdue for a review. Cozy place with cool vibes, everyone is super attentive and friendly. my girlfriend and I usually order their funky monkey and it's very tasty. Skip Starbucks and come support their locally owner coffee shop in Moorpark!

The coffee is always great but it gives me the worst coffee breath! It's worth it.
