On September 2nd I order 2 meals, I repeat it myself like 3 times, when I got to the window the girl handed me 1 meal, so I've asked her, why only one? she said that she only charge me for one, that is totally fine, then the manager in charge with pink hair came with an attitude towards me, saying you only got charge for one, so I told her to fix the speaker at the drive thru, then she kept her attitude towards me, so I've paid for the second meal, then I had to ask the first girl for my receipts, surprise the next morning when I start doing the online survey, someone already had done it. that's totally weird so I am contacting corporate, they need to treat customers better!!!!

The customer service was awful! I called in because my navigation system took me to a wrong location. I called to ask where they were located. When I asked the person on the phone he was incredibly rude and with a super condescending tone said they were in Moorpark. I asked where exactly in Moorpark because I couldn’t find them. He said Google it, what does he look like? GPS? When I arrived at the store and asked for a manager, he was even more rude. He said he was in fact the manager. I really hope not. I am hoping he was a bad employee who was posing as manager to keep me from complaining. They weren’t even busy. There was one set of customers already eating inside, and two cars only in the drive through. There were at least 3 employees that I could see, possibly more.
