I visited the Moorpark Jamba Juice store today, and unfortunately, my experience was beyond terrible . I encountered a situation that required assistance, but instead of receiving help, I was met with sarcasm from the manager Briana. It was disheartening to see the manager laughing with another customer at my expense rather than addressing my concerns professionally.
As a loyal customer who enjoys Jamba Juice, I expected a level of respect and care, especially in a situation that could have been easily resolved. Instead, the manager's dismissive attitude made me feel belittled and disrespected. It's disappointing to see such a lack of customer service and empathy in a place I frequently visit. I don’t think Briana has any training as a manager. I am still shocked by her approach, lack of care, arrogance, dismissive attitude and sarcasm towards to a frequent client who was just trying to use a fundraiser gift card.
I hope this feedback encourages the management to reflect on their approach to customer interactions. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, and a little kindness goes a long way.

Kids ask to go to Jamba and I'm happy to take them. It's fast and friendly. Has all the Jamba smoothies plus açaí and wheat grass and some other options if you like.

Good store. Been a couple of times. They used to have a restroom but not anymore.My favorite thing to get here’s the açai smoothie. Hot tempestad, peanut butter and kale to it. Make sure to touch healthier and that’s a little more protein. My kids like to come here too with me. You can get fresh açai, bowls, custom smoothies, even flavors for the season, but it is. I feel like you can’t go wrong. Stop in here. Sometimes even come here to replace a meal.

Not very good , the staff members are rude and not friendly, they seem annoyed if you go in there at 5 or 530 when they close at 6pm. They have a nasty look on their faces. They have the food already put in bags so you can’t order anything. Don’t recommend!!!

Went in Friday evening and the guy who took my order did not say a single word to me which was pretty rude. Felt like I was talking to a wall. Anyways, ordered 2 drinks walked over to jimmy johns and my son accidentally spilled his drink. I went back to Jamba Juice to purchase a new drink for him and the a different worker named Cole did not hesitate to make us another drink for free!! He was extremely nice and had the best attitude! He definitely deserves a raise for the way he works. Very friendly and quick :) thanks Cole!

PLEASE fix the delivery issue, i can’t order through DoorDash or UberEats for months now. Whenever i call no one seems to know how to fix it.
