Kids ask to go to Jamba and I'm happy to take them. It's fast and friendly. Has all the Jamba smoothies plus açaí and wheat grass and some other options if you like.

Good store. Been a couple of times. They used to have a restroom but not anymore.My favorite thing to get here’s the açai smoothie. Hot tempestad, peanut butter and kale to it. Make sure to touch healthier and that’s a little more protein. My kids like to come here too with me. You can get fresh açai, bowls, custom smoothies, even flavors for the season, but it is. I feel like you can’t go wrong. Stop in here. Sometimes even come here to replace a meal.

Been having to go to Moorpark 3-5 times a week for treatment and like stopping in here. Employees are helpful and quick. I was even in one day where one young lady was working on her own and she was so efficient. Thanks for taking my mind off of my issues for a while.

Not very good , the staff members are rude and not friendly, they seem annoyed if you go in there at 5 or 530 when they close at 6pm. They have a nasty look on their faces. They have the food already put in bags so you can’t order anything. Don’t recommend!!!

Went in Friday evening and the guy who took my order did not say a single word to me which was pretty rude. Felt like I was talking to a wall. Anyways, ordered 2 drinks walked over to jimmy johns and my son accidentally spilled his drink. I went back to Jamba Juice to purchase a new drink for him and the a different worker named Cole did not hesitate to make us another drink for free!! He was extremely nice and had the best attitude! He definitely deserves a raise for the way he works. Very friendly and quick :) thanks Cole!

PLEASE fix the delivery issue, i can’t order through DoorDash or UberEats for months now. Whenever i call no one seems to know how to fix it.

I went here with a friend on a Wednesday morning, and we both got the same smoothie (vanilla blue sky), and as I was finishing mine I noticed some small hard chunks. As I pulled them out, I realized they were plastic pieces. I was shocked. I started looking through my smoothie for more pieces, and there were SEVERAL, huge pieces at the bottom. I'm not angry at the employees, they couldn't have known, and they were very understanding and replaced both of our smoothies. However, I hope management sees this so it can be avoided. If this smoothie had been given to a child, they could have choked.

I went to this Jamba Juice today at 12:30 ish and the man with curly hair is so rude! He is sarcastic, not helpful, doesn't greet anyone and doesn't smile. He looks like he hates his life and job. Why would you guys employee people that treat customers like that. I would rather drive an hour to another location than deal with him again.

I am so disappointed in my recent experiences here, the place has rapidly gone down hill in the last year. Basically, don't even bother ordering from this location unless you go in physically to order in person. I have done 5 orders for delivery in my household and every single one has been wrong. One was something simple like not having straws included in the order, but the rest had incorrect drinks. I ordered a matcha green tea with cloud whip, standard sweetness and standard ice. I got a green tea with no sweetener, no cloud whip and NO ICE. It was inedible. The last 3 drinks I've tried have been horrible to the point where I have poured them out and not felt well after drinking what little amount I did. I finally had to put my foot down and tell the kids that I love them, but not enough to keep wasting money at this location for incorrect drinks and a sour tummy.
