Cool spot. Although food is alright. Wish they didn't cook stuff in seed oils cuz that really destroys my tummy and everyone else's. Please use butter and tallow and coconut oil.

My first visit was a disappointment given that there are many breakfast choices that have better service. The place has about 12 tables which were mostly occupied when I arrived on a Monday morning. After being seated the waiter took our order asking if I’d like toast. I said yes, sourdough, and I would like cream with the coffee. A short time later the coffee, sans cream, arrived. After ten minutes and no cream I noticed some on an adjacent empty table so I found one half and half serving there. Another five minutes and I went to the pay station and requested a container of the cream servings. Someone from the kitchen delivered the breakfast which was warm and tasty. In the meantime, no waiter, which meant no coffee refills. After finishing, the waiter appeared with the check and I asked about the missing toast. The reply was “Oh, well I didn’t charge you for it.” Nice. Since I didn’t know when the waiter would appear I took the check to the pay station and gave the person a credit card. He said “Didn’t the waiter tell you we only take cash?” I said “No.” So I gave him a $50 bill for the $41 meal, but he had no small bills so he gave me two $5 back. Thinking I still might leave a small tip I asked if he could change a five. “No.” Well at that point there was no way I was going to leave a five dollar tip so I left.
The menu said this place has been in business since 2018 so they should have figured out by now that service counts and one waiter can chase customers elsewhere. Even though the food was well prepared (Don’t know about the toast) and so I gave three stars, I won’t go back to the uncertainties of Jarro’s.

Wonderful experience and delicious food! My husband and I split the chicken fried steak and challah French toast and both were fantastic. Our waitress was very sweet and attentive. The spiced coffee (I forget the name) was to do die for!
Definitely recommend and will be back!

The service was good, very nice people but unfortunate the food was just “ok”. I order a torta de chilaquiles which was good but the taste was not authentic Mexican, it’s more like Tex-Mex. I had the side of fruit; the strawberries and blueberries were frozen making them very soggy and not good at all to me that just give a bad impression in general. I might need to go back and try other things but this was just an OK experience.

I was in the neighborhood, so I thought I’d give this place a try. The atmosphere was low-key and it’s a nice breakfast environment. I was surprised to see how much more the entire menu costs were compared to the pictures of the menu on a review site. It’s worth noting that Jarro’s Café doesn’t have their own website, much less any kind of a menu posted. So, all that’s available in that regard are just customer photos of the menu… regardless of how old they might be. I’m posting menu pics with this review that are effective as of the date this is posted.I ordered the eggs benedict, which was all of OK. I’ve had better. Where Jarro’s shines particularly bright is their service. The waiter was incredibly gracious and welcoming, and always kept my drinks filled. It seems to me that there’s potential here to elevate the restaurant to the next level. If Jarro’s Café put their menu online (including updating it), as well as kick up the meal quality a notch, I’d be happy to re-review and increase stars as warranted.

Went to this new place even after reading some very bad reviews but most good, so decided to give it a try , well it wasn't good, the workers look like high school kids who have no people or se service skills at all the hamburgers where ok but not worth $15, my son got union rings and I got fries which where dry and we asked for ranch to dip in our frys and union rings and they only brought us one small cup with don't give youre dry food some life or taste, no free refill from what it looks so we went to 711 for some big gulps we where super thirsty from the dry food, which by the way don't come with napkins, the place can have potential I can see this restaurant on a t.v show restaurant rescue for reals. Never going back

I like Jarros but I went this morning for Eggs Benedict . I got only one egg over two pieces of muffin and I'm not sure if there is actual hollandaise or just busted egg yolk. It's hard to accept this as their best when it's nearly twice the price as before and looks like this ?

This place is great! Jarro's is family owned and run. They are so warm and friendly. The food is just perfect! I came for lunch and had the fire burger which was awesome (not too spicy). I can't wait to go back and get some breakfast.
