My sandwich was made accurately and quickly with a really wonderful friendly attitude by Jesse. He was very accommodating when I asked for my cheese to be sliced on a machine that hadn't just sliced meat. They were just about to close for the day, yet Jesse did not make me feel rushed at all, he made me feel like family. Awesome customer service!

Vegetarian options: They make a nice veggie sandwich!

I went after lunch time on Sunday to order a sandwich for my wife and was greeted very nicely. I order my sandwich ask the lady to add Mayo on both sides of the bread and she just squeeze the mayo on the bread and I ask her to spread the mayo on the bread and she replied she had know way to spread the mayo on the bread when there is a knife just two feet away to spread it on the bread. Also was not clean around the meat slicer and the bread was a little stale.

Most everything about this place is amazing. I had my puppies out side when my partner placed our order . He is a us Military veteran and sometimes messes up . He did that with our order possibly . And when I went inside to fix my order . The girls behind the counter made me fill so unwelcome and seemed upset that they had to re make food . Yes people order the wrong food it happened . My biggest issue is they talked about the customer in front of the customer . I get your upset that someone made a mistake and someone came in and say hay this is not what I wanted, can you please redo this? There’s no need to be snarky or to make your customers feel stupid. I get this may be like a college part-time while you’re home job but if you wouldn’t make your mother feel stupid for making a mistake. Why would your customer?

What a bummer! I've been driving all the way from Moorpark to this Jersey location for years cuz it was in my opinion the best location around. I live a low-carb lifestyle, so Jersey's is a treat and something I really look forward to once a month. This is the 2nd time I've been there where the lady running the register is also touching everyone's food. She handles dirty coins and bills then wraps up the sandwiches, over and over again. Maybe I'm a germaphobe, but that's nasty in my opinion. There's absolutely no point in wearing gloves if you're going to simply go back and forth between the register and food prepping. After almost a decade of attending this location, I will sadly not return.

My first time coming here wasn’t I expected. I ask for my order and wanted mayo and there wasn’t any at all didn’t took the time to get any and asked can I get more. All the girl said it’s enough. Then she just slaps my bread like she was mad at it. If you don’t like your job and being lazy then what’s the point working. I would give a half star but no option. Wanted to take a picture but they said I couldn’t.

Say it ain't so, Jersey Mikes!As the woman in the old Wendy's commercial infamously framed the phrase, "Where's the beef?", I couldn't help but think of this when I opened two subs and was less than thrilled.Was pleased and a fan up until the other day but really disappointed that they have now cut back on their meat portions but are still charging the same.

The Vegetarian sandwich that I had was really good. I just had a lot of veggies adding pepper, with chips & a drink.
